  Even though I was the only one in the tour, Glenn the guide still made the most out of it with his stories and insightful knowledge of the club and I really enjoyed the conversations I had with him. He and the other staff in the club shop were very friendly and welcoming as well. It definitely made my experience a pleasant one and would definitely recommend other people to come here even if they are not Spurs fans as it is a beautiful stadium. Thanks Glenn for being a wonderful guide!

  From the moment we arrived at the wonderful club shop we were excited. We were greeted by warm and friendly staff and check in was easy. The tour itself was amazing - access almost all areas, the time flies by. What made it really special for us, and what always makes all the difference, was a fun, friendly and knowledgeable guide. We had Glenn and he couldn't have been friendlier. He had great stories, brilliant facts and made special allowances for everyone in the group. He was also a genuine Spurs fan. Again, whenever we came across other staff they were so friendly, from the photographers to the shop staff, everyone. We were absolutely buzzing by the end of the tour. It's an amazing stadium with mind-blowing facilities but, if you're a lifelong Spurs fan and you get a great guide like we did, it's magical.

  I honestly cannot recommend this tour as Tottenham have been useless. I booked to go in September, arranged transport and hotels and make a weekend of it in London. Two weeks before the tour, it got cancelled as they were hosting a post Malone concert. This was frustrating as concerts are usually booked way in advance and not last minute. It was a disappointment but I thought I'd get an opportunity to go again and requested a voucher to book it again. I never received a voucher, attempted to contract them on numerous occasions with no replies. I finally received a reply which I requested a voucher and the response to that was no, a refund has already been processed and that's the end of the matter. I used a virgin gift experience to book the tour so don't know where the refund went to but I never received it or the person gifting it to me. I've now lost out on a birthday gift due to Tottenham's inability to organise concerts! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Brilliant tour, Steve the guide was extremely knowledgeable and really engaged with the group, his passion for the club really came across. The information given is very in depth and we got access to all areas of interest, plenty photo opportunities at each. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, set a really nice tone to the visit. The stadium itself is definitely worth seeing and the tour offers good value for money. Easily reachable on the train also. Would highly recommend

  The 2 hour tour was very enjoyable, especially with experience d hosts Sim and Adam. They were very hospitable and always made sure we were comfortable. Their insights of the stadium was incredible and their positive energy made the whole tour very fun.

  Whilst the price might seem high, 4 1/2 hours in the stadium, and lunch, it was definitely worth it. Joey led us round and knew pretty much everything with some technical details provided by ground staff. The underpitch and sky bridge access gives you so much more than just the ‘front of house’ tours. You don’t have to be a Spurs fan to enjoy this amazing stadium.

  This experience initially began as my fiancée and I were in a suite following our proposal at the stadium. James had kindly escorted us to the suite and after we had some time there, Neil had nicely passed by for a quick chat and offered to take us on a stadium tour. In addition to the incredible facilities and trophy on display (COYS), we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly kind and helpful each and every team member on the Tottenham Hotspur staff were to us. They truly seemed like they loved their jobs because they actually went above and beyond what you would expect from an average employee which led to an unforgettably welcoming vibe. I highly recommend this tour to every Spurs fan. The hospitality is second to none.
