At check-in, every visitor will be given a multi-media device to take around with them on the tour.

Food and beverages are available from The Media café which is included as part of the tour route. Open Monday-Friday 10am - 5:00pm, Saturday 10am - 6:00pm & Sunday 10am - 5:30pm.

Joey was an excellent guide on the 90 minute tour. Fascinating look at so much of the stadium including the NFL facilities. Masses of information but so well explained and any questions answered. My wife, not really interested in football, really enjoyed it. Thoroughly recommend the experience.

Superb stadium tour with our amazing guides Adam and Kev. We had a guided tour with a group of 29 people. Our guides took their time for questions and gave us a lot of information about the Stadium

We did the stadium tour, which was fun to do. The guides are friendly and know a lot of facts. The atmosphere was really relaxed and friendly, you could do the tour at your own pace. It's also nice to see the NFL locker room. It is really recommended to do.

Went on the vip tour. Adam and Alia were both amazing and both very knowledgable of the new tech pitch and stadium. The VIP tour lasts about 2.5 hours. We also got a glass of Ferrari Prosecco at the end and got to see some behind the scene bits. Now there was a match the day after our tour so there was people working on things you wouldn’t get to normally see. That was very good. The stadium considering how big it is. Is very close to the pitch. Just like the old lane. Even though on the tele it doesn’t look close at all. And also in some parts there are 9 levels. Meaning you on this tour get to see views you wouldn’t normally see. Loads of pics of the stadium bits and trophies and an amazing birthday present. Massive kudos to Adam and Alia for making the day a great one during the tour.
Amazing experience 10/10 would recommend even if youre not a fan of the club their history is extrordinary.

Suprised my boyfriend with a VIP Stadium tour for his birthday and had such an amazing time. The two tour guides with us were knowledgable and very friendly (Adam and Alia) I came in July for the StrayKids concert and had VIP access so was stood in the middle of where the pitch would be, Straykids always vlog when they go to different countrys and saw their behind the scenes access into the home teams locker room, i had to see it for myself, and felt bad that i had been to the new stadium before my partner 😂 so decided to suprise him with this gift.

If you want a proper tour, find the 3.5 hour technical tour that inc,uses lunch. You’ll never have seen anything like it. State of the art, engineering marvel. The best stadium in the world atm.

Even though I was the only one in the tour, Glenn the guide still made the most out of it with his stories and insightful knowledge of the club and I really enjoyed the conversations I had with him. He and the other staff in the club shop were very friendly and welcoming as well. It definitely made my experience a pleasant one and would definitely recommend other people to come here even if they are not Spurs fans as it is a beautiful stadium. Thanks Glenn for being a wonderful guide!
