Step behind-the-scenes at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and follow the player’s journey with exclusive access to First Team facilities, NFL locker rooms and media areas. You can explore pitch side and even take a seat in the manager's chair!

At check-in, every visitor will be given a multi-media device to take around with them on the tour.
Food and beverages are available from The Media café which is included as part of the tour route. Open Monday-Friday 10am - 5:00pm, Saturday 10am - 6:00pm & Sunday 10am - 5:30pm.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Cannot rate this highly enough. I (diehard Spurs fan) visited with my family who are far less football/Tottenham obsessed but we all had the best time. Our guide, Steve, was so knowledgeable and personable — his clear passion for the Club and its values made this experience next level. Being able to see behind the scenes with a guide who is so truly COYS was a real treat. Top tip: ensure your phone is well charged because there are too many photo opportunities to count! We left with big smiles and two daughters asking when they’ll get to come to their first game (success!)

5.0025.5.26 @12.00 tour It was an amazing experience to be in the stadium and take the steps of others before us. The stadium and facilities within it - OMG top class. Upon our arrival we were welcome and assisted. Our host were Michael and Irene 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 A massive thank you for answering the questions posed by my grand sons making them open to ask. For your welcoming smiles and jokes during our tour...absolutely fantastic. Being relatable with their information, and were knowledgeable. I have to mention the whole team security, shop assistants were friendly also Thank you. My only regret was not to make this journey with my son Aaron🕊 COYS always and forever 💔

5.00My husband was gifted this tour for his 50th & I’m not going to lie, I didn’t have high hopes. But oh my goodness, I loved it! I love learning London history & this tour tells an amazing story. Martin Murphy loves his job, it shows in his enthusiasm, his knowledge & his passion. The stadium is amazing! To be able to sit on the managers chair and look out on the pitch was a real highlight. I really recommend a visit, Spurs fan or not. As a side note, we visited the Bricklayers Arms for a cold beer after, great pub. You could just imagine the buzz of the place on match day.

4.00A very enjoyable tour which was given to me as a Xmas Present. We was accompanied by the fabulous and knowledgeable Irene. It’s very obvious she has a deep love for both the club and her job. Irene definitely made the day more enjoyable. The only issue we did encounter was staff loudly chatting in the corridors whilst showing very little consideration for the tour people. It was very disrespectful and found ourselves having to ask Irene to repeat herself as we couldn’t hear her. Other than that it was a great day!
