5.00Service of the guide Simona, as well as the drivers, impeccable!! Everything very well organized! Why above expectations? After I booked, I realized the train wasn't first class. However, this 'second', has the windows that can drop, greatly improving the vision and air circulation! The route is beautiful, impervious. St Moritz is beautiful. We had lunch in Tirano, still in Italy, at the restaurant Parravicini and ate a pizzoccheri, the typical dish of the region. Very good restaurant, this dish pretty much. Do not miss!!

5.00We loved the scenery. It felt like travelling from season to season. Most beautiful experience and suitable for all ages (who manage sitting in the bus.) The guide was lovely, fun and informative. Toilets are limited during the tour.

Those instruction were so clear which made us spend time in efficient way. The recommendation from Josephine was superb. Both my wife and I would like to have the similar trip from Josephine and those bus drivers Marco and Luca in future!!

5.00A wonderful experience! We really enjoyed the Bernina train ride with the fantastic change in scenery!! The coach drive to Tirano and back from St Moritz was just great!! And our guide Carolina was excellent, took very good care of us and was explaining things to us all the time, right up to when we got back to Milan in the evening! She was fantastic!!

3.00By far the highlight of the tour is the Bernina Red Train. Absolutely gorgeous views! However, we only 40 minutes in St Moritz due to train delays and it wasn’t even enough time to get a hot chocolate and use the washroom—-which was disappointing. Be aware that the trip down by bus is very steep and winds….there were two that became sick and there were no supplies to clean up and it wasn’t pleasant on the two+ hours going back. :(

5.00Strongly reccomend this tour and company. Its is a full on day, but there were plenty of opportunities for breaks with time to explore. Great communication from time of booking. The guide Mauricio was very professional and kept our large group fully informed throughout the day.
