Definitely worth the money. All locations are beautiful. Sergei our tour group guide was awesome. Knew so much and explained nicely so we can all understand. I LOVED all locations. Our bus driver Laura was excellent getting us to our locations navigating tight spaces. She’s the best.

If you like the wonder of nature, this is an excursion for you. Cuenca is special, unique, unmatched. Unlike anything seen before. A gift of creation. Our Sergi guide is very trained for your profession. He was very kind and gentle. Plus he's got a lot of patience with whoever we suddenly fall behind on. It made our stay very pleasant. The same your Spanish as your English is very good.

The guides were polite, friendly and very pleasant from the first meeting, and explained in plain English about the ample sightseeing time and rest time considerations, as well as the recommended local meals. They studied the historical background of Cuenca. Even at the time of the break-up, they told us the location of the subway and taxi stands.

The tour and the guide (Lara) very well. But when I arrived in Cuenca I was told that we had no payment for the tour. I tell you that the Bank when a charge is made, tells me to know if I have been the one making the purchase. Then they told me what a mistake had been. The company is Cuenqueando. Another rare fact was that the bus suffered an engine overheating when we were coming back in the km. 298, after leaving Cuenca. We were there for over an hour until another bus came. I think the bus company should check the units. This is not the responsibility of the driver.
