This was a good factual, historical tour of Lecce. You went through and did learn a fair bit about architecture, how the city has changed and the key sites. The group was very large (approx. 30 people), which did mean it was difficult to hear the guide as the radios disconnected - especially downstairs or when in large squares and spread out. The tour could do with a few more personal touches, or stories about people living in Lecce. The wine tasting and taralli tasting at the end was a plus.

Unfortunately you do not visit the churches, which are part of another circuit. The preparation of the guides is remarkable, but the stop by a pseudo writer with a banquet in the middle of the street has irretrievably scuttled the hitherto very positive judgment.
