Wonderful insight on Venice, lots of fascinating history and he pointed out so many interesting things that I had walked right past in previous days. Matteo was kind, warm, funny and made sure everyone in our group was keeping up. Such a great guide and fantastic value for the cost. Thank you Matteo!

5.00This tour will not show you the typical tourist attractions, however, if you want to see less visited canals, alleys, etc., and get recommendations for places where the locals eat, this is a good tour for you. We also visited what was historically the Jewish ghetto, which was quite interesting.

5.00We had an excellent tour. Since it is low season we were the only couple on the tour, so our host could personalize it. He had lots of information but not too much and also pointed out interesting things to do after the tour. This is a much quieter part of Venice to explore and was lovely in the morning.

5.00I have taken several tours in Venice and this one was the best. Our guide Tomasso was professional, knowledgeable, and spoke good English. Being a young man who was born and raised on the island, his insights of life there and local suggestions were great.
