Cueva de los Verdes
The Cueva de los Verdes is a unique formation of extraordinary scenic and volcanological value. Located in the north of the island, and integrated into the vast volcanic landscape of the Malpaís de la Corona, it is one of the wonders hidden in the bowels of Lanzarote, endowed with a mysterious and special character.
Jameos Del Agua
Los Jameos del Agua is the first Art, Culture and Tourism Centre created by César Manrique, a natural space created inside a volcanic tunnel. Inaugurated in 1968, the artist, painter and sculptor transformed the space into a unique work that represents the maximum expression of his ideology: artistic creation in harmony with the environment and nature.

We had a very good experience. Whilst it was a whole day experience, every aspect was good. Organises. Picked up on time. Thank you to our tour guide Vanessa and our driver Alphonso! All the advertised attractions were great. In addition to these, exploring smaller communities in Lanzarote as we moved between excursions were a great addition to see what life is like for the citizen of Lanzarote. Driving through the communities of white houses with green doors were so interesting. Lunch In Haria was sooooo good! The buffet had good options and the food was enjoyable. From North to South, we explored Lanzarote in one day! Totally worth it.

The tour was punctual, the itinerary was full and we saw and learned a huge amount in 1 day. The driver was very good & careful and the guide was excellent. She took on board comments and answered all queries. She did an amazing job of keeping all members of the group on schedule. Lunch was good value for money despite there being limited options for vegetarians.

Yes a long day (up to 10 hours depending where you board the coach) but well worth it. Stops planned really well and the right amount of time at each stop. I have been to several caves around the world but not experienced the adventure you get at Cueva de Los verdes but some of the trail can be challenging if you have mobility issues and the headroom is low in some places. Tour guide Nazarid helped made the day such good fun. The landscape at Timanfaya is out of this world.

From start to finish the experience was seamless. Knowledgeable, fun, friendly guide and experienced, comfortable driver. We hit each stop frequently, with several more than I expected. The lunch was fantastic for the price, 12€ with bottomless wine. I'm not very fit and found some cave walks slightly challenging, so those with mobility issues or pushchairs would be restricted. Stairs were thankfully broken up most of the time. Highlights would be walking the small cave passages at Cueva de los Verdes, the pool at Jameos del agua, learning about island life and agriculture, the winery and camel ride, the restaurant at the top of Tamafaya with demonstrations, travelling through the lava fields, and the many scenic photo opportunities.

A visit to the Jameos del Agua is imperative for those who have seen Lanzarote. The entrance ticket costs about 15€ per person, but is worth every cent. It has a small underground lake, where there is a blind crab species on the verge of extinction. It's fantastic what they've been able to do to this place so they can welcome tourists. You should see the amphitheater there, because it's just superb.

Fantastic, other worldly experience... felt like we are in mars... Blue lagoon, Green lagoon, sea on the other side... Walking inside lava tunnels... feeling the volcanic heat, excellent.

Excellent trip, you certainly get to see quite a bit, great coach so you get good views and comfortable. Well worth the cost. The food stop was also ok (I’m a picky eater)

Some great aspects of this trip but also some areas that disappointed. A very large group which was trying to accommodate for a mix of languages which meant that the guide was constantly talking and hard to keep up. First couple of stops we enjoyed which included admission as well as the drive through the lava fields. The bits that let this tour down was the optional lunch stop which you had to pay for but if you didn’t want this, there were no other options as it was in the middle of nowhere. Then the really poor wine tasting non event. End of the tour felt rushed. Some good bits and other aspects that need improving.

It is worth every euro. Seeing the main tourist attractions by the hand of Nazareth becomes super enjoyable and interesting. It is very well organized, the times are enough to enjoy and the soundtrack they add makes everything much more immersive. Do not miss this experience to learn the Secret of Lanzarote.
