1.00This Tour operator was completely Deceptive. We came all the way to Granada just for Alhambra. The night before our tour he sends us a message saying sorry he could not get tickets and said we would get a full refund. Why the hell did not you tell me about this before. You confirmed 4 tickets weeks in advance and NEVER informed me about the possibility of not getting tickets. DO NOT book your tour with this tour operator. I repeat DO NOT book your tickets with them because they are deceptive and CANNOT be trusted. You should have informed me ahead of time about the situation rather than pretending and confirm that we had 4 tickets!!!

5.00We had an excellent guided tour of the Alhambra with Amine. He was very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and made the history of the place easy to understand and genuinely interesting. Amine answered all our questions, shared great historical context, and pointed out details we would have completely missed on our own. 5.00We had the privilege of visiting the Alhambra with Amine, and it was truly a masterclass in history. His knowledge of the monument is incredibly deep, but what really made the experience special was the way he shared specific anecdotes from the era. He didn't just give us facts; he brought the walls to life with stories of the people who lived there. Despite the tour covering so much ground, we didn't feel the time pass at all because his storytelling was so captivating.
