Lovely experience, great commentary! If you are wondering whether to do this, don’t think twice. Seeing London from the Thames is breathtaking and a serene experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent afternoon tea cruise experience. The atmosphere was far from enjoyable — the boat moved very slowly, which could have been fine if the experience itself made up for it. Unfortunately, the crew were aggressive and unwelcoming. We were repeatedly told to sit down, discouraged from taking photos, and moved around in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. This completely took away from what should have been a relaxing and memorable experience. Instead, it felt restrictive and poorly managed. I would appreciate an explanation for this behavior and would expect appropriate compensation for the experience provided. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the way guests are treated onboard.

This was a brilliant experience..The waterman on board gave a comedic commentary along the route. Was safe and easy to get on and off the boat . Value for money and interesting history points . Highly recommend 😊😊

At first, I had an issue with my booking because I wasn’t sure if I booked a one-way or a round-trip, but Im so thankful that I was able to reschedule. Great service and great staff!

I think this experience was OK. There was no live commentary which was a bummer. We have taken several river cruises in US and they explain each landmark we pass by. This one was quick and silent and felt like we took public transportation. Good for check mark an item in the list of things to do but I will find another tour that explains what we see.

We decided to take the Thames sightseeing tour. The lady at the ticket office told us the return trip would last an hour and include guided commentary. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false—the entire journey took barely 30 minutes, and the commentary was nonexistent. We boarded at 4:20 and returned just after 4:40. It felt misleading and disrespectful to customers. When I went back to request a refund, the kiosk was already closed. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and completely lacking in charm. In my view, it was a waste of money and should be avoided.

Only had one free day in London and this helped me cover a lot of ground! Good commentary and sites. Wouldn’t say it’s a must-do, but if you’re on a time crunch and want to see London eye and Tower of London it definitely helps!

A bit confusing re length of time for the river cruise but very enjoyable. It was good to see the sights from a different perspective. Very informative guide.

Very well run trip up and down the Thames with an excellent and amusing commentary on both legs of the journey. The changeover for the return trip was slightly longer than expected (about 35-40 mins) but gave us time to enjoy a quick drink nearby overlooking the Thames. Would recommend.
