5.00Really informative with knowledge of history and fun facts. We booked previously two years ago and came back to do it again and we would do it again when we return to London. The gentleman doing to commentary made us laugh with the things he was saying. Amazing boat ride. And a good price.

2.00We booked tickets online in advance but when we visited the place (Westminster) tickets were not appeared in your app. We were struggling to enter the boat but I show my bank statement and email to convince officers there. Then we were allowed to enter. But it took more than additional hour and disrupted our next plan. Please make sure to take action not it happen again in future. Thanks
