1.00The tour operator was very rude Tried to rush us to get in and out of the boat . As we rushed we lost my one year olds shoe. Also because it was a return tickets I thought we will go to the destination then return back without changing the boat. Unfortunately this was not the case. When we reached our destination we had to get out and get another boat to return causing inconvinience specially being with little ones.

5.00This is the best way to get to Tower of London from Westminster area. Comfortable, easy, 30 min narrated ride. Very funny and informative. You can get off at Tower Bridge and then return later (last boat around 4:30) using same ticket.

5.00Fab river cruise. The commentary from the lad on board was informative and fun, actually very funny. Gutted we had to get off at Tower Bridge 😂. Boat was on time, boarding quick and efficient. Clean and plenty of space on a busy bank holiday.
