4.00Tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. Beefeater was enjoyable. Tower of London a must see. The technical difficulties with the ear pieces provided by the tour operator was annoying, a lot of static and oftentimes the tour guide could not be heard.
Great tour, well worth the money and time.

5.00Our guide Ben was great! Covered enough history without boring us to death. He explained what there was to see in all the various buildings and towers then we had the rest of the day to spend in the Tower of London seeing what we wanted. Tour lasted about 2 hrs and we stayed another 2 hrs. Best tour we did in London!

3.00The Tower itself was wonderful, so much to see. Crown Jewels were amazing. Sadly the tour group was just too large. We were held up for late arrivals and had to wait for others who were very slow leaving the Crown Jewels. Also, we couldn’t hear the guide very well as the headsets had a lot of static and were uncomfortable. Would suggest a smaller group for this tour.

1.00Missed the tour because the bus was slow. Bought another ticket at the tower. Beefeater yeoman run Groups inside. Saw no need for this tour to be booked in advance. I wouldn't recommend paying a lot more for this tour.
