A rip off! The worst tour experience I’ve ever had. We got nothing like what was promised in the description. The tour ‘guide’ met us at the gate 30 minutes before opening, told us a few things about the tower from the outside but didn’t really know the history that well. We were then herded in at the same time as all the other guests where we were handed over to a beefeater who was great but he repeated the same stories that the guide on the outside told us! 20 mins later we were finished with the beefeater and left to our own devices! I can only imagine something went wrong as have had good experiences with the tour guy in the past.

Warren our tour guide had great knowledge and answered all questions. Checked ti make sure no one was left behind. Gave us plently of time at each area within the tower. Beefeater was great.

Warren was funny and informative!! We would highly recommended him for any tour! Just long enough to see the highlights, take photos, and ask questions without feeling too long.

This was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide, Dan Richardson was absolutely fabulous. He was so knowledgeable, he was a story teller, a jokester! Be made the 2.5 hours awesome. It was fun to meet a beefeater and be in a more “intimate” meeting with a beefeater to learn more about their history. The price you pay seems to be worth it because you get access to a lot of the Tower of London and Crown Jewels.

It's very interesting to learn the history of the many royal conflicts through the years. It was great to meet a Yeoman Warder (Beefeater) in person and learn his/her story. Seeing the Crown Jewels is a definite highlight. We enjoyed learning the story of the ravens at the Tower. It was Interesting that many families who work at the Tower live on the grounds.

Our group loved the dramatic tales and clever jokes from the Beefeater. The tour covered fascinating sites, and exploring the Tower afterward was the cherry on top. Highly recommended
