2.00Previously my tours of London have been excellent: interesting and knowledgeable guides with an ability to captivate the audience. This was disappointing. Our guide was disorganised; she coughed a phlegmy cough into the mic which sounded revolting; she could have provided a lot more interesting information; told more funny stories and made the entire experience more enjoyable. I got the feeling she was a last minute stand in during the busy season.

5.00Our tour guide Sophie was really friendly and knowledgeable. With the early admission we got right in, saw the opening ceremony, and were able to go straight to the Crown Jewels with no line.

5.00We had a good tour with Jen. It was easy to find her in the morning and she had a lot of good information for adults and kids. It was nice to get into the tower early and see th Crown Jewels before the crowds. The opening ceremony was ok, but it was interesting to hear from the Beefeator and be able to ask him questions.
