We didn't know what to expect. We were pretty exhausted after the morning river cruise and afternoon game drive and we're going to cancel. I'm glad we didn't. The night before we went to the Boma dinner which was good but very staged. Aaron picked us up and drove us to a remote location. The fire was glowing and his wife, Memory, and associates greeted us warmly. The food was cooking on a wood bbq. The traditional chicken, fresh caught catfish, tiny fish, peanut butter kale, crispy kale, potatoes and polenta were all very tasty and well prepared. What was really fantastic was them sharing their stories. It was the personal interaction with the locals. Understanding their culture. It was a little overcast which hindered star gazing but Aaron is well versed in the constellations. Truly a once in a lifetime Victoria Falls experience.
