I had the privilege of having a private momo making class today. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. I’m not a skilled cook, but Shusila met me where I was at. She was patient in her instruction, including demonstrating techniques multiple times to help me understand them. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I’d definitely recommend it to others. Also, the momos ended up tasting fantastic!

I had an amazing time with Sabita and Rezoo ! The venue is beautiful, a well equipped kitchen on a rooftop, in the middle of Thamel. I was the only one who booked that day so I got to enjoy a private session. Sabita was patient while teaching me everything, and also very nice to have a chat with. We made more than 20 mo:mo and I got to eat so many, it was delicious ! I highly recommend this cooking class, it's a must do in Kathmandu :)

We attended Namaste Cooking School's Momo Making Class as a family of four. The leaders were so welcoming and encouraging. The class was well organized, informative and filled with laughter. Everyone one participated in all aspect of momo making. We finished with a feast. It is a great way to learn more about Nepalese culture and is a welcome change from touring, trekking and shopping. I highly recommend it.

Such a fun, friendly, and super educational experience! The hospitality was amazing, and the time flew by so fast. I honestly wished I could’ve stayed even longer learning from these wonderful ladies. It’s definitely a must-do when you visit Nepal. And the fact that it’s on a rooftop makes it even better!

From the moment we arrived, we were joyously welcomed into an incredibly positive, kind and supportive environment! We were guided through each step of the momo-making process, with lots of laughter and taste-testing along the way, and are indebted to the lovely ladies who organised this - they were inspiring, encouraging (and amazing chefs)! We cannot recommend this experience highly enough - such a treasured memory from our time in Nepal; thank you, thank you, thank you!
