It was nice to be picked up at our cabin by Brandon. We started at the Fall River entrance and took a few small walks a long the way. We saw a bull moose eating in a pond and beautiful waterfall. We made our way up to timberline ridge drive stopping at various spots along the way. Brandon was wealth of knowledge of park history, the geology and wildlife of the park. We saw 1 small herd of elk and one large herd that one with a bull elk. The time went by quickly.

We did this tour on our first full day in Estes Park and what a GREAT way to get acquainted with Rocky!! Brandon was super knowledgeable about all the plants, animals, birds and insects we saw. He clearly knows every inch of the park and showed us several “less populated” spots that we can come back to visit on our own later in the week. He also gave us several recommendations for hikes and trails to check out that fit our interests and fitness level, going so far as to circle them on a map with notes about where to find moose, etc. He offered to take family photos at nearly every stop and they came out great, so we will have these memories forever. Last but certainly not least, he was just an awesome guy to spend the day with. Super nice, funny, kind, and he has great stories to share. Highly recommend spending a day with Brandon in Rocky Mountain National Park!!!

Very easy to make reservations, great communication and a very comfortable vehicle to ride in. Brandon took us on our tour. He was by far the most knowledgeable guide I've encountered in my travels. Great personality and a blast to spend the day with. He told us many stories and answered many of my questions. Kerry made sure that the point of contact and pick up was easy. In conclusion I cannot say enough positive things about Brandon and Kerry. They are a class act and just good people to be around. Thank you Brandon and Kerry for an awesome day!

Researching tours or weighing whether to do one at all? Stop looking! Let me make this easy for you… do the tour and hire Rocky Guides!!! Our tour with Brandon was the highlight of our trip! We did the full day tour (6 hr). We were picked up at our property in a nice clean Rocky Guides Subaru. Brandon is kind, polite, and an absolute powerhouse with knowledge of history and the park! His background is in geology and he’s an avid historian who’s a voracious reader of science, Native American history, park history, and knows all the personalities of those who helped make RMNP what it is today. Brandon knew every great stop to make to highlight various attributes of the park. I kept saying to my wife… “We never would have known or even noticed this this without Brandon!” Would we have enjoyed the beauty of the park without him? Of course. But, we would have missed so much!!! A bonus was Brandon’s eye for taking a great photo! He took many photos of us on my phone and every one was a keeper! We were left with a ton of great images to memorialize our day! Lastly, it was AWESOME to pick his brain on the best planning for the next 2 days of our visit. He highlighted and made notes on our map that we followed to see the most and best of what we could in the time we had. This tour was worth every penny!!! Brandon, I hope you read this and take pride in business you’ve built… know that you made our day and were a major highlight of our amazing 25th anniversary trip to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Brandon with Rocky Guides was a very good guide: He showed us many natural attractions within the Park and has patiently explained the history of the park, rock formations, water bodies, glaciers, headwaters of 4 rivers. He answered many questions we had as well. It was a great day visiting the park with Brandon as our guide. Highly recommend Rocky Guides. Well worth.

Our host, Kerry, was AMAZING. We were so comfortable, as she had thought of everything - snacks, drinks, water bottle, and lunch. She gave us a great tour of Rocky Mountain National Park, including the best views, history, plants, and animals. She was a delightful host who clearly loves the park and more importantly is passionate about sharing with guests. She made great recommendations for our next day’s hike. We simply could not have had a better experience!
