5.00We had a reservation for an airport transfer. Our departing US flight was delayed, which caused us to miss our connecting flight in London, and then the airline changed our new connecting flight TWICE. Then, we had to wait as some in our party were dealing with lost luggage! (I was in email communication with Driver4You to apprise them of changes to our arrival). At our request, our driver waited, (of course we had to pay some extra due to our changes) but we had a comfortable and smooth transport to our hotel. A welcomed relief after a very long day traveling! I would recommend Driver4You and was very satisfied with their service.
