5.00We used this company for a week-long trip to Sicily, including airport transfers, hotel transfers between Taormina, Siracusa, and Ragusa, and a few site and winery tours. The driving service was excellent---on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Both Francesco and Luciano were wonderful. We booked a few specialized tours on our own and those turned out to be better than the tours we booked through this company. I think guides can be hit or miss---Mila in Siracusa was wonderful and Teresa in Agrigento was on her telephone the entire time she was with us. The wineries they booked for us were also hit and miss---Murgo on Etna had great wines but we arrived an hour early and had to stand around in the rain, and the biodynamic winery in Noto (Cantina Marilina) had great food but wines that were largely undrinkable. There was also a problem with our chocolate tasting tour in Modica so we missed the laboratory visit. But I can't fault the company for the guides or the wineries, really. They are basically an excellent chauffeur service, and we can wholly recommend using them as a driving service. Their professionalism and courtesy made our holiday stress-free and, given the opportunity, we would book them again.
