Driver did not show up at scheduled time. Our family had to find a cab 25 minutes after we were supposed to be picked up so as not to miss our flight. Vendor has thus far refused to refund me and I have initiated credit card dispute.

Prompt, efficient service. Our driver met us at cruise port for transfer to Venice. He arranged for water taxi into Venice and escorted us to the dock. Very helpful. Highly recommended
