Once we arrive, our staff will assist you in unloading your extra bags and ensuring they are safely transported to your cruise ship. 5.00Very comfortable minibus with a seasoned driver who led us roundly to safe harbour, directly to our boat. No toilets on board so come a little earlier and enjoy the Double Tree toilet! Really good.

Unfortunately, however, we weren't aware that the bus could have picked us up at our hotel rather than requiring us to take a taxi from our hotel in London to the meeting point that was specified in our confirmation.
