At 10:00 am, we will depart from London and head straight to Southampton cruise port. The journey duration is approximately 2 hours, but please note that it may vary based on the traffic conditions. We estimate arriving at Southampton cruise port around 12:00 p.m., depending on the traffic conditions. Once we arrive, our staff will assist you in unloading your extra bags and ensuring they are safely transported to your cruise ship. 5.00Overall excellent transfer experience. Great communication with the company--we were able to pay extra to get picked up directly from our hotel. The driver arrived early. We were the only passengers in the extremely comfortable van. The driver pointed out landmarks as we drove through London such as Buckingham Palace and Harrod's. We arrived safely at our hotel in Southampton ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this transfer service if traveling to Southampton for a cruise.

4.00The time listed is the departure time, not the boarding time. Instructions could have been clearer on this. We also had an extended bio break 1/2 hour out of Southampton that some interpreted as a half hour break. The driver stating a departure time would have been clearer direction.

5.00Went smooth as glass. We took an uber to the meet up hotel about 2 miles away. Driver arrived early and texted us they were there. We waited for the other 2 passengers joining us. And arrived at the cruise port in the expected time. Driver was very courteous and nice. Highly recommend.

5.00We had an excellent experience. Our driver communicated with me to let him know when we'd be ready to be picked up. We were ready 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and our driver was able to pick us up early. We arrived early in Southampton and our driver was very polite and helped us with our luggage. Highly recommend this service.
