Driver was late picking us up. No notification. Concierge at hotel had to call to see whether driver was coming.

The driver was on time and loaded our luggage on/off the bus. It was a day that there was no ship s in port and the driver dropped the passengers off at our hotels. I definitely would recommend this service for the convenience off hotel to hotel pickup/dropoff.

The ride was fine and the driver was nice, but he was 45 minutes later than the agreed upon time. Consequently, we were waiting for 45 minutes in the cold. I could have understood the delay better if we had been given a heads up so we could have waited in the hotel lobby until time.
