We estimate arriving at Southampton cruise port around 12:00 p.m., depending on the traffic conditions. Once we arrive, our staff will assist you in unloading your extra bags and ensuring they are safely transported to your cruise ship. 5.00We had an excellent experience. Our driver communicated with me to let him know when we'd be ready to be picked up. We were ready 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and our driver was able to pick us up early. We arrived early in Southampton and our driver was very polite and helped us with our luggage. Highly recommend this service.

5.00The pick was scheduled for 1000 am. Driver arrived 955 and the vehicle was a van. Another couple rode down to south Hampton with us. It rained the whole ride but it was very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this ride from the hotel to ship to anyone

5.00Very comfortable minibus with a seasoned driver who led us roundly to safe harbour, directly to our boat. No toilets on board so come a little earlier and enjoy the Double Tree toilet! Really good.
