At 10:00 am, we will depart from London and head straight to Southampton cruise port. The journey duration is approximately 2 hours, but please note that it may vary based on the traffic conditions. We estimate arriving at Southampton cruise port around 12:00 p.m., depending on the traffic conditions. Once we arrive, our staff will assist you in unloading your extra bags and ensuring they are safely transported to your cruise ship. 5.00The pick was scheduled for 1000 am. Driver arrived 955 and the vehicle was a van. Another couple rode down to south Hampton with us. It rained the whole ride but it was very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this ride from the hotel to ship to anyone

5.00Very comfortable minibus with a seasoned driver who led us roundly to safe harbour, directly to our boat. No toilets on board so come a little earlier and enjoy the Double Tree toilet! Really good.

Unfortunately, however, we weren't aware that the bus could have picked us up at our hotel rather than requiring us to take a taxi from our hotel in London to the meeting point that was specified in our confirmation.
