  New cars, I own a bmw so to rent a bmw was the obvius thing to do. Cars are clean, preppy, and the documenets are secured in a bundle so u dont need to carry big stack of documents. Would book again if I have the need to!

  Excellent experience Transfer to the rental hub was smooth and on regular intervals, office staff was very friendly . They managed to stay professional and with smile even in with a long queue building as some of the other customers was absolute nuts. Car was brand new on 1 248km only. Very happy with the automatic Hyundai I20. Return was straight forward and quick

  The car stop in the middle of a main road. I almost made an accident. The engine couldn't start,for around 2 min.it couldn't start.I tried many times. The car was with this kind of protection to stop where it wants.It was awful. I am still shaking.

  I flew into Terminal 2 of Sofia Airport mid-March 2026. As soon as I landed, I went and waited by the 3 big flags as described in the email from Top-Rent-a-Car. After about 10 mins waiting, a minibus arrived. They took me round to the head office, which is about a 5 min drive. No fuss, no hassle, fantastic.
