5.00Top experience! No problems with the car for 15 days; I took the car insurance, and the price remained quite reasonable, so I didn't spend my vacation worrying about what could happen with the vehicle. Well thought out, well executed; they are probably the best in Bulgaria!

4.00Great and fast service but the new hyundai is the most annoying car that i have driven. It reads speed signs wrong and continously makes noises as if driving too fast while that is not the case. Same story with Lane assist. Honestly it wouldn't be a problem in most other EU countries but bulgarian roads and signs are the worst. Also this time the car windows and interior were greecy but that has never happened in the past.

5.00New cars, I own a bmw so to rent a bmw was the obvius thing to do. Cars are clean, preppy, and the documenets are secured in a bundle so u dont need to carry big stack of documents. Would book again if I have the need to!

5.00Excellent experience Transfer to the rental hub was smooth and on regular intervals, office staff was very friendly . They managed to stay professional and with smile even in with a long queue building as some of the other customers was absolute nuts. Car was brand new on 1 248km only. Very happy with the automatic Hyundai I20. Return was straight forward and quick
