5.00Very good communication and prompt and friendly service. Listing and company info was as described and really helped relieve some of the stress that comes with traveling in a foreign country.

5.00Our plane landed more than an half hour early. The driver texted to let me know he was in the way even though we were early. I was a little confused about the pick up point but he stayed in contact with me and found my group . He was very friendly and engaging. He told us about place to see and go while in Paris. I told the driver we in Paris only for a few hours and only had time to see the Eiffel Tower. When he dropped us off, he explained the pick up procedure.

4.00Excellent driver, clean vehicle, prompt. If monet is no object or you need assurance of timing I highly recommend, however knowing now that UBER and Bolt are readily available and reliable, and more than 1/2 the price... I would have not booked through Viator.

1.00We looked for our name in the line up three times. Looked outside. Waited one hour. We ended up taking a cab which only cost 56$. Instead of 210$. Hotel was going to cost us 300$. Will always use a taxi for a transfer
