5.00Seamless, very impressive. The communications was easy, everything via internet,, conformation and ticket were sent promptly, added to my wallet. The team stayed in touch via WhatsApp immediately until arrival. Driver (Lewis) was waiting at the exit with a sign. Very friendly, helpful and polite. He uses his phone to translate verbally. Overall, exceptional experience and highly recommend to anyone traveling to San Salvador.

5.00This was a seamless wonderful experience. The driver communicated with me via Whatsapp before I arrived and continually checked in with me when my flight was delayed. He waited for me even though the flight was an hour late and it took a while to pick up my checked baggage. He sent a photo of himself holding the sign outside of the terminal. It was easy to find him with the sign with my name on it. He was very professional and had great English speaking skills. I mistakenly forgot a small bag of coffee beans in the car and he so kindly had it dropped off at the hotel by his friend. I appreciated this so much. Not many drivers would go out of their way to do this for anyone. Definitely hire from this company. They are good, reliable and honest!
