What To Expect

During the winter season (June to September) we offer shared transport departing at 5:00am. After picking up our passengers, either at their lodging or meeting points, we make a stop at Rental Snowwear so they can rent what they need to be in the snow and not wet their clothes. The drive to the park takes approximately 1:30 hour. Our package does not include entrance to the Park or ski resorts, however we sell them after the purchase of transportation. This includes free access to attractions such as slides, zip line, sled, motorbikes and mini park. We also sell packages with ski or snowboard lessons and their respective equipment. You can also choose a private transport option for your group starting from 6:00am.

Sergio was very helpful and competent. He got me up to Valle Nevado after a huge snow storm with tons of traffic and outside complications. I’m so glad I trusted in this service and didn’t try to navigate the journey myself.

Private minivan/SUV for my wife and I and all of our ski equipement. Communication was excellent, all done on WhatsApp. Drivers (Alvaro and Johanny) were superb, safe, on time. Drove to Valle Nevado and back multiple times during winter, needed snow chains due to icy roads, the drivers clearly knew what they were doing, great at their jobs. We also arranged for the same company for airport pickup and dropoff, perfect. Highly recommend this company!

All very organized. The company facilitated the payment allowing it to be made via pix. Transport arrived and left on time, with polite and friendly driver. In general terms of Excursion, not specifically this company, the procedure is adopted to arrive at the venue at opening (9h) and early departure (15h). This was not a good experience, because of our hotel being in the western part of the city, so we had to be prepared at 5am in the morning, with children, which was very difficult, and all this advance made us arrive before the park opened, without having the day bright and, even when it opened, many attractions were not working, which only happened around 11am. That is, of the useful time of the park, accounting for the exit "advanced", we stay from 11h to 15h. Very little.
