The drivers were right on time and the cars were nice. My arrival flight was 4 hours late but the driver was waiting at the airport and although we missed the last ferry, there was an extra one coming for us.

Great service all round. Pleasant driver. Only us in the car going from Trat Airport to Bangbao Beach Resort, which was lovely. Car spacious and clean. The driver dropped us off at the accommodation. The return trip was by minibus, which again was very clean, same pleasant and efficient driver and we shared the minibus with two other couples. A really great service. Made travelling from mainland to Koh Chang Island very easy via a car ferry. Thank you.

I was nervous about making the car ferry for Koh Chang as our Bangkok Airways flight was the last flight for the day and scheduled to arrive in Trat at 17.15. But everything went smoothly. Our flight arrived on time and being a small airport it only takes minutes to get from the plane to the car park. The driver was at the airport holding a sign with our names. He assisted us with our bags and to the van. It was pretty modern, air conditioned and comfortable. We made it to the ferry with plenty of time to spare. Once parked, you hop out and wait upstairs until you get to the Koh Chang side. It was now dark but the driver drove safely and with great care as we wound through the mountains to the KC Grand at White Sands beaches. The driver helped us with our bags again. We were very happy with the service and with the whole Viator app/ service. We were messaged the day before and we felt very safe and secure with the company. It was reassuring to know that we would be able to get from the airport all the way to our hotel - having never been to the island before. I do recommend this company and service for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. I would use them again.

Trat airport is functional. That says it all. Not a place to linger. You just fly from there or arrive there. And there are some damn pretty airports in Thailand - this one is definitely not one of them. But does an airport have to be visually appealing??? Yes, why not? Unfortunately, Trat is not one of them. Anyone who has ever experienced Koh Samui will get a negative shiver when they see Trat. A catastrophe. Really.

We were greeted once out of arrivals by our driver with a name board. Soon on our way in a comfy van and swiftly transported to the port. Boarded the ferry on the van and upstairs for the sailing. On the other side returned to the van and whisked off to ur hotel. At this point at checkin I realised I must have dropped my phone in the van. Once the reception contacted them I was soon reunited with it. A easy and friendly service.
