Welcome to our must-see excursion, Trollstigen, The Land Of The Trolls. This is a 6-hour- and 40-minute trip with many breathtaking photo shoot stops. We offer 7 stops.

What To Expect
5. Our first stop is Kokarsteinen A place where travelers had to stop for some food or a rest or seeking shelter in the old days. Look for the stone construction. Restrooms available when open cafeteria, NOK 10 per guest.
10. ViewPoint by the sea On our way to ViewPoint by the sea, we pass the old Rose Church in Stordal. Built in year 1789. Another fantastic ViewPoint close to Liabygda. Down to the left, you can see a salmon fishfarm, to the right, we see the town Stranda where the Grandiosa pizza-factory is located. Across the fjord, we see the fjord going to Geiranger and Hellesylt. Up on the mountain to the left, you can see the mountain farm Skrednakken. This is the farm our Norwegian Queen Sonja visited some years ago. Don't forget to take some nice photos.

5.00This was a really enjoyable trip .The bus was comfortable and Trond was a great driver and guide.As well as the beautiful sights,Trond had plenty of stories to keep us entertained. A good balance of sights and time travelling. What a beautiful country. Great view of the trollstigen .

5.00Wonderful excursion with small group and very knowledgeable local guide. Well timed stops and incredible scenery along the way. The highlight was the view from Trollstigen. Stunningly beautiful - not to be missed! Normally this tour leaves at 9:00 am but our Hurtigruten cruise was not arriving in Alesund until 9:45. Local Trips accommodated our schedule and added a 10:00 am departure. Highly recommend!

5.00Great trip. An excellent way to see some fjords and the magnificent Trollstigen👌🏼 The tour is well organised and timed. The vehicle is comfortable and safe. Trond was a good guide, he shared interesting information, had a great sense of humour and made us feel at ease.

4.00Great trip. The road had just reopened and, of course, some more rocks fell and it was closed so we didn't get to drive down the bottom and have a look see. On the bright side, the visitor center is at the top. There are shops, food and restrooms. You can take off your shoes and wade around in the stream above the falls. Definitely take the trail out to far viewpoint for a great view of the valley below. I was told that driving down takes awhile and if rocks fall or a car has issues it slows way down and you may be stuck there for a long time. That would be worse for me. The stops along the way were fun and had some nice views but trollsteigen is the jewel.

5.00Truly incredible experience ! Went last May and got incredible weather, clear views of the valley. And the host was incredible !
If you want to get 100 minutes, you should get 120 minutes.

5.00One of the most organized tours we have ever taken. Love that they give you a book that shows you were you are going and also has which stops you can find a bathroom (WC-water closet) at. The stops all were breathtaking and I felt like the pace of the tour was timed just right. Our driver was Morton and he was courteous and a safe driver. We definitely recommend this tour.

5.00Trond was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Gave us plenty of time at the stops to see the amazing scenery. Small group van was very comfortable and clean. Picnic lunch was good. Our cruise ship changed times and tour adjusted to the new schedule with no problems. We got a little rain on the tour but they had umbrellas if you needed to borrow one. Picked us up at the dock and got us back with plenty of time to spare. Overall a great tour.
