Arctic Snowmobile Adventure from Tromsø – Ride Into the Wild North

Start your day with a scenic transfer (approximately 2.5 hours each way, depending on snow conditions) from downtown Tromsø to Kilpisjärvi in northern Finland.
Upon arrival, you’ll be outfitted with thermal suits, Arctic boots, gloves, and helmets to keep you warm and safe.
After a full safety briefing and basic riding instruction, it’s time to head out. No driver’s license is required, as the tour is fully guided and suitable for beginners.
Tours typically include around 4 hours of riding time, including dressing and adjustments to conditions. After the ride, enjoy a warm Arctic meal.
You will be back in Tromsø in time to join your Northern Lights tour the same evening.

4.00We had a great day on the snowmobile. The day before, we contacted them via WhatsApp with a few questions and received quick responses. Pickup in the center of Tromsø was also easy and well organized. The tour itself was really amazing. Beautiful surroundings and friendly guides who even make pictures during the tour which they sent you afterwards. The tour is definitely recommended! If I could give one point for improvement, it would be that they advertise a warm meal as being included. In reality, it’s just a packet of instant soup where they add hot water, and you have to eat it while riding in the bus. Considering you’re out the whole day and they advertise it this way, I did find that a bit minimal. But aside from that, 100% recommended. Well organized and a beautiful tour!

5.00Driven a van all the way to Finland. Our guide Nelson has told a lot about the tour and the area, a really nice guide! The clothes were good, not a moment cold. Good explanation from tourguide Essi, and we drove over a frozen lake, through forests and to the 3-border point. Really beautiful and a very nice experience!
