Since Lokafyers are not professional guides and tour occasionally, they provide an experience that’s authentic and personal, like a friend showing you around their city. By the end of the tour, you'll feel comfortable navigating the city and confident that you have all the information you need to make the most of your stay.

1.00When I booked this tour there is no indication that this is walking tour. How can you walk four hours? Also, it’s very bad weather here; cold, rain and wind.

4.00I like that the tour provided a good mix of Trondheim's history and interesting facts with personal stories of my guide's (Adriana) life there. Listening to Adriana's experience of living in Trondheim, the Norwegian culture and people provided insights that you won't be able to easily find on Google. Adriana shared good tips on the places I could go/see during and after the tour. Based on what I wanted to see/hear about, the tour was customised on the spot. I also appreciated how a set of questions were asked befire the tour to provide context and your interests to the local guide for a better touring experience. Though i think it will be best for the tour operator to add questions regarding how long the person has been in the town, what have they seen or know etc. To avoid having the guide share things you might already know.
