My husband and I want to introduce the products of our company through unique experiences in contact with nature immersed in the Tuscan countryside: the search for truffles is a unique experience that you will appreciate in all its forms, followed by the school of homemade pasta and lunch based on truffles with tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil.

Truffle hunting on our property is a unique experience that must be tried if you are in our area! The day starts in the morning at 10:30 in spring (a little earlier in summer to avoid excessive heat) together with the “truffle hunter”, a professional who, together with his inseparable Lagotto from Romagna with an exceptional nose for truffles, will take you into the woods of the property in search of the precious and fragrant truffle. You will be in direct contact with nature for about 45 minutes, actively participating in the search for “black gold” and learning a lot about this ancient activity that has been taking place in Tuscany for hundreds of years. Then in the middle of the morning returning to the farm you will learn how to make fresh pasta (tagliatelle) that will be served to you for lunch. Lunch will be served on the beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards and our olive grove: you can relax and enjoy our homemade lunch, with tasting of our wines and our extra virgin olive oil.

100% recommended this experience if you are in Tuscany! We enjoyed the truffle hunting together with Marco and Taboo, we were lucky to find 5 truffles in the morning and the pasta making session was very fun too! Lunch is amazing!

We had an awesome time. Really enjoyed the hike to look for truffles with Luca and his dog Tabu. Tabu was such a cute dog and was successful in finding the truffles. Brava Tabu as Luca would say and reward him with treats after his find. The family at this farmhouse were so hospitable and we enjoyed making the pasta and the fabulous pasta meal with the truffles afterwards! What a great memory! Would recommend!

The property is lovely. Great views. We met the dog and walked through woods on a slope. Important to wear sturdy footwear. Tabo (the dog) found truffles. After our hunt we made pasta for our lunch. Very fun. Highly recommend meeting this family.

We have been to Italy many, many times for work in the food industry and have been on quite a few food related tours. This experience was warm, personal, interesting, and detailed. Leaning more about the truffle business was enlightening, walking through the forest with Luca and his dog Taboo was uniquely fun. We also had a nice Conversation about the economic forces in Tuscany and impacts on family farming. All around Bravo!

Wow! What an experience this was! From the moment we stepped onto this beautiful property we were blown away. We really enjoyed going through the forest and following the sweet dog Taboo and his owner Luca. They got to work right away and found many delicious black truffles. Amazing! The pasta making lesson taught by the father was excellent. We learned many great tips and are looking forward to making fresh pasta at home . The father and son brought out a delicious charcuterie board , made an incredible Cacio Pepe sauce , and served delicious wine and desert. What a kind family and we feel so lucky we were able to experience the tour!

Exploring the backyard forest, and eating antipasto and home made pasta with truffle was simply amazing (followed by a delicious desert) - Nothing to fault, great experience, great family and great scenery.

Wonderful excursion to experience a true Tuscan family farm. We did the truffle hunting and pasta making. Gian Marco was a professional truffle hunter and very knowledgeable. He and one of his truffle hunting dogs, Taboo, lead us and it was fun and interesting. Afterwards, we made fresh pasta with our gracious host, Nico. During our stay on their farm where they have a vineyard, olive groves, and also produce saffron, we were treated to home made wines, a charcuterie board featuring local products, and our delicious pasta with the fresh truffles! Ended the meal with a lemon yogurt and home made olive leaf digestivo. I would highly recommend this for couples and families visiting Tuscany! Thank you to Nico for being so welcoming to his family farm and Gian Marco (and Taboo) for the truffle hunting experience!

my family of 10 ranging in age from 10 to 87 (!) loved this experience. Our hosts were delightful, we loved finding truffles and then making pasta at the farm. This was a highlight of our two week trip to Italy

Our favorite tour of our trip to Italy! The truffle hunting experience and pasta making were so fun. Definitely worth the drive or cab ride from Florence.
