It is an excellent option to try diving for the first time. The dive takes place in Tikila Beach, a coastal spot with a mini underwater museum and coral reconstruction project, allowing us to observe a wide variety of marine life.

This is everything you need included to enjoy the adventure, the complete equipment, the instructor, water and snack:)

Our highly qualified instructors will give you the class you need to feel comfortable underwater and will be accompanied all the time.

For us the most important thing is to have a close deal with small groups and the safety and comfort of everyone.

What To Expect

If you want to immerse yourself in a new world at a maximum depth of 12 meters, desire and enthusiasm is all you need to get started. It consists of diving from shore. We will go to an underwater museum in honor of Jacques Cousteau, who was one of the pioneers of diving. He listed Cozumel as one of the best places in the world for diving. In addition, there is a coral reconstruction project in this place, so we can see different corals and marine life, such as puffer fish, rays, parrot fish, trumpet fish, etc. It is about living the experience of breathing under the sea and letting yourself be carried away by its grandeur and underwater life. At the beginning we will do a theoretical class so that you understand everything we need to know before entering the water. Afterwards we will do 3 simple skills in the water and we will go on to enjoy a beautiful dive With the Basic Diver program you will learn the basic concepts and skills that we need to dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters with an instructor.

The instructor Eider Pinillos is very professional with her work, it is clear that she loves what she does by teaching people by sharing her diving knowledge, very kind and very patient. and the experience is the best, it is something unforgettable that you will enjoy very much. Excellent service in general both from Medusas Dive and the instructor. I recommend this Tour, it is really worth it.

We had an excellent first time diving experience. Aída explained everything to us with great care and patience, and made us feel safe at all times. We went to places with a great variety of marine life, we saw everything from baby sharks, rays to turtles. The entire dive was a fantasy.

Amazing experience from our Medusa Aida. The depths of Cozumel are to stay and live with an impressive variety of marine life of all colors, transparent waters, and water at 25oC. They can not make it easier: they picked us up, took us to port (scuba diving from boat), provided us with all the equipment and Aida guided us through the beautiful reef. Pending at all times all the details outside and inside the water (equipment, ballast etc..) made us feel an unforgettable experience. Mention also the Capi of the boat, which let him lead to a future patron saint He also completed our visit with a lovely surprise. Recommended 100% Thank you Aida! We hope to see you soon
