Try Scuba will be guided and conducted by licensed scuba diving instructor with basic skills before entering open water not more than 12m. We will take underwater photos as a complimentary for your journey. You are also entitled to enjoy the snorkelling session after the diving session is completed.

What To Expect
Have you always wanted to try a scuba dive but you’re not quite sure? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you. This program takes a day (2 dives in total 45-60 mins) so you will learn basic dive skills and experience what it’s like to breathe underwater. It’s safe, fun and no prior experience is necessary. The activity is guided by licensed and qualified instructorwhich is an entry of Open Water Diver.

5.00The trip was on time and logistics were well organized. The boat was catered for a small group, with one instructor per 4 adults maximum. Basir was the instructor for our scuba diving experience (2 people). His chill attitude and professionalism made us feel at ease during the whole dive. Despite low visibility Basir managed to find a turtle in our area. Overall, it was a great experience near Kota Kinabalu.

1.00DO NOT DIVE WITH THEM. The stole cash out of my bag, had broken equipment, and the worst dive master I’ve ever had in my almost 80 dives. When I asked about the cash they refused to reimburse. I’m actually shocked a company could operate so poorly. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

5.00For the first time, I got to scuba through this program. It was a very nerve-wracking moment, but thanks to my friendly guide, we could see sea turtles that we had never seen before. Through this program, I thought it would be a good idea to try scuba diving for 3 days the next time I visit Semporna. Looking forward to my next visit, I hope that the guides who are always friendly will be in good health.

Martin, the instructor, is professional, detail minded, funny with great patience! During the AOW diving course, he is not just focusing on teaching diving skills, but also keeps reminding us the importance of safety and ensuring our safety in all time! We did learnt a lot from him! What’s more, he has more than 25 years of diving experiences, and his buoyancy has definitely impressed me! Other crew members, Dee, Jassilin and Nani, are friendly and always try to arrange the best for us. In addition, they are good photographers! Thanks for giving us such an enjoyable trip!

5.00Fantastic time with sea bunny! We contacted showery via WhatsApp the day before our trip and she managed to arrange everything for us at short notice. We did one day of snorkelling with them, then the following day we did a scuba introductory day. Our guide Steven was excellent - we had one instructor between two and he was controlling our dive the whole time and checking in on us so we felt very safe. We got down to 12 meters which was amazing! The boat is in excellent condition and crew are very professional. Nice touches such as towels and unlimited hot/cold drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend!
