The TSS Earnshaw as mentioned is a historic steamship which plies on Lake Wakatipu in New Zealand. It was launched more than 110 years ago and is said that incidentally that was also the same year as the Titanic. Thankfully it is still going strong. In the olden days it served as a critical link with the farming communities along the lake's shores. Today, it's a major tourist attraction and an iconic part of Queenstown's history and managed by RealNZ, the company who restored this back after being nearly scrapped. The boat also serves snacks and drinks and has an on-board pianist. It is a nice journey to the Walter Peak farm and where we were served with some delicious high tea snacks. Post the team and snacks then we went on a farm tour to see all the farm animals including sheep, seeing how the sheep dogs manage the flock, the pigs and other animals including seeing how a sheep is wool is sheered.

Great experience. The Farm tour was the highlight. The only downside was that there were too many people. Would have been better if it was partitioned in different groups of let's say maybe 15 to 20 people to make it fast flowing and spontaneous.

This was very enjoyable experience and the farm tour was a must do! We were able to meet the animals and feed most of them. It was pouring the whole tour and this didn't take away from the experience at all.
