California girl with 2 days in downtown Tulsa and this was the best experience! Small group, manageable walking, Mostly indoors on a windy day. Jeffrey was fantastic with a plethora of facts, stories and interesting history. Better than I anticipated. People on the tour were both locals, abroad and out of state.
