Ruins were great, along with guided information. The Cenote was breathtaking, and a unique experience to swim in. Transportation could use some help. There were driving way too fast, and almost got into an accident. The air conditioner was also not up to par. For the price of this excursion, it should be better. You may not take your own photos in the Cenote. The only option is to buy their overpriced photo packages. They also don’t take photos through the whole experience, so you miss capturing the best moments. A bit of a disappointment.

We loved it; Myriam is extraordinary as a guide. It’s just a bit far; one must be prepared for two hours of driving each way, so four hours from Cancun to Tulum.

The driver picked us up at the scheduled time and was very professional we picked up 3 additional groups before finding our tour guide Hazel who was awesome. He explained all the Mayan history with great detail and enthusiasm. The Mayan ruins were very interesting. If you burn cover up. Bothered labor a lot of shade. The cenote was perfect after a hot day exploring. The snorkeling was okay didn’t get to see many fish. The provided lunch was excellent with 3 varieties and accommodated allergies and preferences

Yes, this trip is amazing. Despite one of our van mates absolutely defecating themselves… Everything else was perfect! From the ruins to the cenote, to the restaurant on the water. This trip is definitely worth the money. Damien is one of the best guides, and Carlos is one of the scariest drivers, loved every moment!

First of all, Damian (our tour guide) and Carlos (our shuttle driver) were two of the nicest and amazing people we’ve ever met. They explained every step, made sure everybody was comfortable and having a great time. The cenote was an experience like no other. You won’t be too claustrophobic, as it’s not that tight of a space. Amazing views and beautiful water. The lagoon was also amazing, we got to see tons of fish and float around. The lunch they serve was also the best burrito I’ve ever had. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Can not wear any type of sunscreen except at Tulan. Price of photos is crazy. Transportation is good. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Experience was nice but I almost passed out at Tulum since I couldn't bring water into the park. Senior patrons should be informed on how much walking and climbing is required. Had terrible accident and had to be hospitalized. Guide was excellent and helped considerably. Also, bought photos but never received them because of aforementioned emergency.

The tour is listed with a duration of 6 1/2 hours but it was a full ten hours, which was a disappointment because we were looking for a shorter day. The ruins were, of course, interesting but it was too hot to truly enjoy. The cenote swim was the highlight and the guide was very knowledgeable. She did, however, tell us we could not apply sunscreen before snorkeling at 1 pm, which predictably led to a bad sunburn for several of us. We believe she personally is trying to protect the natural habitat but it was presented as if it wasn't allowed at the lagoon. The snorkeling was the least exciting stop with few fish, clouded water, and rocks. Anyone who has ever snorkeled will find this underwhelming. Lunch was a long drive to the tour company's private property for mediocre food. All in all, would have preferred the tour to end after the cenote swim.

We had a great time. Mario was awesome. Really enjoyed Tulum/Cenote. Lagoon was ok and lunch was too far away and too late. The real negative was the length of driving between places and the horrible roads

I would HIGHLY recommend not booking this! Unless you like riding in a hot van that stinks like dirty diapers and they pack you in like sardines. We were so jam packed I had to get off the bus and taxi back to the resort. We asked for a different bus or ride to take us to the excursion we paid 340.00 for and they refused. I would recommend booking through your resort or a different company.
