5.00Driver was on time and very friendly. Van was very comfortable for our group of seven. My only complaint would be that I wish they had told us that you cannot bring plastic water bottles to Tulum, we ended up having to go to a store to spend $25 on a reusable water bottle, when I already had one sitting in my hotel room. Overall, a very positive experience

5.00Highly recommend. Gabriel picked us up bright and early near Tulum and drove us to Chichen Itza. Our admission was prepaid and guide was waiting upon arrival. No standing in line! After we visited two cenotes nearby. It was a wonderful experience. Gabriel was a great driver and we all enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend this company and will use their service on next visit for airport transfer instead of booking through the airline. Thank you again Gabriel you went above and beyond. You were by far my favorite driver during our stay in Tulum.

5.00Professional from beginning to end. I hired TopKlass for our day trip to Chichen Itza from Tulum. Our driver, Ramiro, was AMAZING. Ramiro was on time and had cold waters waiting for us. He was very knowledgeable about Chichen Itza and the surrounding area. He chose a local restaurant for us on our way back home. I will definitely use TopKlass again. Thanks for being a part in making our trip very memorable and enjoyable.
