The waterfall is surrounded by green tropical jungles. You can go down to the water or just see the beautiful views and take great photos from the hill.

Tirta Empul Temple

Tirta Empul means Holy Spring in Balinese. The temple compound consists of a petirtaan or bathing structure, famous for its holy spring water, where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification. The temple pond has a spring which gives out fresh water regularly, which Balinese Hindus consider to be holy or amritha. In the Temple you can see how Balinese people doing a holy blessing.

We had an incredible experience touring Ubud with our driver, Kariasa. From the moment he arrived, he was perfectly punctual, warm, and genuinely attentive. His knowledge of the area added so much to our day—he shared great insights, local stories, and helpful tips that made every stop even more meaningful. Beyond being informative, he was simply fantastic company. It truly felt like spending the day with a friend who wanted nothing more than to make sure we enjoyed every moment. Agung was exceptionally great to work with today. He was very professional, patient, friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the Balinese culture. His affable demeanor made it super easy to interact with, and he is so detail-oriented when answering our questions about Bali and its people and culture. Highly recommended experience. Adhi picked us up at the hotel and drove us in an air-conditioned car. We asked him if the tour was closed because we didn't feel like going to the monkey forest, and he offered to change it to a visit to a coffee plantation (plus a tasting). Then he recommended a place to eat after going to the swing.

Dika my guide was brilliant he explained each part of the trip when I arrived at each destination. The pictures from the swing were breathtaking and doing the cleansing ritual was so spiritual. The walk through the rice fields beautiful, it’s a long packed day but worth every penny and Dika English was very good too so it made it easier and he advised on some other good trips to try .
Adhi is fabulous and we enjoyed very much having him as our tour guide

Adhi is an excellent tour guide . He is very fluent in English and explains very clearly the history and culture of the places we visited during the day tour. He is patient, very polite and helpful. We enjoyed very much with him as our tour guide. We will recommend him to those we know and hope to have him as our guide again next time when we visit Bali.
