What To Expect
Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
This unique and sacred place is a must see place in Ubud. There are many wild life inside the thick forest. Walk along the path under the shade and see many birds, lizards, butterflies and monkeys among the trees. It is a perfect set for the real wild life. There are 3 sacred temples to balance this area. Local people usually come to pray on a special ceremony day.
Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Fabulous scenes of the green rice paddies. Stroll through the famous rice fields. See how the farmers do their daily activities, and after the walk, dine in a small restaurant with wonderful views of the jungle and the Tegalalang valley.

5.00Writing on behalf of the family, but we had an amazing experience with Adi for our private all day inclusive Ubud tour. From the beginning to end, the experience was smooth, professional, and well organized. Adi was knowledgeable about each location/site that we had stopped at. When we had questions about the history or culture, he was well versed and answered our questions accordingly. The drive to each destination was very safe and comfortable. The flexibility Adi showed us was great! We had needed a snack and he quickly rerouted us for a quick stop before the actual first stop. He was also aware that we, as tourists, will take a lot of photos so we had plenty of time for each location and did not feel rushed at all to complete each site. The recommendation spot for lunch was also great; we enjoyed the food with a view! Thanks to Adi, our trip was memorable and stress-free. He made sure that we were getting on and off the van safely and always checked in on us to make sure we had enough water during the long car ride. I would definitely recommend booking this in advance to anyone visiting for a reliable, stress-free, and memorable experience!

5.00We had the pleasure of having Vitho as our guide for the day. He was very kind and generous, sharing about Balinese culture and life and answered any questions we had. He accommodated all of our needs and we spent as little or as long as we needed at each spot without feeling rushed. April was also a good time as there were less crowds and the weather was good. We had a wonderful day!

5.00Our tour guide Wah was incredible! We did the all inclusive package and the experience was five stars! My personal favorite part, as an animal lover, was the monkey forest, but the coffee tasting, waterfall, water temple, rice patties, and swing were all incredible as well. Wah was right there to answer all of our questions and provide all of the necessary information. I truly could not have been happier with the entire experience and highly recommend this tour and Wah!

5.00The Best of Ubud Tour with Smile Bali Tours was amazing! This private all day tour was just perfect, and our guide/driver Yansen was the best! He let us take our time at each location, took wonderful photos for us, told us all about each location and shared other local and cultural information along the way. He also made a stop for us at a phenomenal art carving gallery where we were able to get a beautiful reminder of our Bali trip. All stops on this tour were great, but the rice terrace and the monkey forest were the highlights for us. Yansen was the key to our spectacular day!

5.00We had an AMAZING TIME touring with Komang. He was kind, very knowledgeable, and guided us regarding everything we needed to know. He was so thoughtful and even had lots of cold water for us to drink. When we asked questions, he gave us in depth answers helping us to really understand the culture of the Balinese people. He was so fun and energetic. This was TRULY an excursion to remember. Don't think, JUST BOOK IT and hope you get Komang, because he is just awesome! Make sure you book the all inclusive option, so you don't have to worry about anything! The monkey forest is beautiful and breath taking. We got to take pictures with monkeys. The jungle swing is FULL of photo ops. They give you a dress to wear and the photos are breath taking. The waterfall is beautiful and the Water Temple is great. Ladies, please note that if you are menstruating, you aren't able to go into the temple. There are lots of places to buy reasonable souvenirs by the waterfall and water temple. 10/10 experience !
