What To Expect
Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
This unique and sacred place is a must see place in Ubud. There are many wild life inside the thick forest. Walk along the path under the shade and see many birds, lizards, butterflies and monkeys among the trees. It is a perfect set for the real wild life. There are 3 sacred temples to balance this area. Local people usually come to pray on a special ceremony day.
Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Fabulous scenes of the green rice paddies. Stroll through the famous rice fields. See how the farmers do their daily activities, and after the walk, dine in a small restaurant with wonderful views of the jungle and the Tegalalang valley.

5.00A truly remarkable experience thanks to Wayan! I booked a private tour of Ubud and its surroundings through my travel agent as I have a disability and require quieter surroundings than those offered by even small group tours. Wayan was exceptional from start to finish; he had clear communication both before and after the tour and arrived punctually for pick up at my hotel. He was very knowledgeable about both the Ubud area and Bali in general and was more than happy to answer my many questions as well as generously sharing his own knowledge of interesting cultural sites as we visited. He was so accommodating of my disability and was able to adapt on the fly when my limited (and unpredictable!) capacity meant that planned stops were no longer possible, and was able to seamlessly integrate new experiences into our day that were within my abilities. I deeply appreciated his attention to detail with small touches such as bottles of water, umbrellas, and assisting me with appropriate modest attire for temple access. I could not have asked for a more wonderful tour guide for my first trip to Bali. Wayan, I look forward to my next trip to Bali with my son so you can take us to make friends with all the animals!

5.00I learned so much from Wah on this tour. Leg was great as there can be lots of traffic and hes obviously a professional driver. I appreciate the knowledge and wisdom wah shared with us the whole time, his answers to our questions were very insightful and i will remember these conversations shared today forever. With him it was a very realistic look into the balinese every day way of life and i am so happy to learn all about it! Thank you for the amazing day wah and leg! Wah also knew which places to go at the best times to avoid large lines and crowds and gave us options to cater to every person in our group of 10.

5.00We had an amazing experience right from the start, great communication from our driver/guide Ary. He was very knowledgeable and spoke great english and very punctual. The tour went for about 9 hours and we learnt a lot along the way. Would 100% recommend Ary as a tour guide for our friends and family. Overall a great tour and good value for money!
