What To Expect
Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
This unique and sacred place is a must see place in Ubud. There are many wild life inside the thick forest. Walk along the path under the shade and see many birds, lizards, butterflies and monkeys among the trees. It is a perfect set for the real wild life. There are 3 sacred temples to balance this area. Local people usually come to pray on a special ceremony day.
Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Fabulous scenes of the green rice paddies. Stroll through the famous rice fields. See how the farmers do their daily activities, and after the walk, dine in a small restaurant with wonderful views of the jungle and the Tegalalang valley.

Throughout the entire day, Komang was kind, funny, thoughtful, relatable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the region, sharing local history and customs in a way that truly resonated with us. What impressed us most was how far above and beyond Komang went to accommodate every request — especially helping us navigate food options safely with allergy concerns. Komang was attentive, flexible, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. Komang also had an amazing eye for photography and videos, helping us capture memories we’ll cherish forever. His English was exceptional, and we loved how interested Komang was in learning about our culture as well. By the end of the tour, Komang made us feel like family rather than tourists.
