  Doulat was such a great friendly guide. Happy to tailor a tour to your wishes or take you around to the main sights.   I had the best time with Doulrat. He showed me how everyday life is in Udaipur. He shared the history of the places we visited and a little bit of trivia. He showed me tips and tricks on how to maximize my experience. Totally recommend!

  We did a tuk-tuk tour in Udaipur with Doulat, and it ended up being the best tour we’ve done in almost a month traveling around India. He is a local from Udaipur and has been driving a tuk-tuk for more than 35 years, so what he shows you is not just the city through the eyes of a guide, but through the eyes of someone who truly lives here. From the very beginning, he quickly understood the kind of travelers we are and what we were interested in seeing. Instead of rushing through places, he took us to experience the real life of the city — the people, the markets, and the daily culture — while also stopping at some beautiful spots around Udaipur. What really made the experience special was his sensitivity and the way he connected with us. It didn’t feel like a tour with a guide — it felt like spending the day exploring the city with a local friend. He also gave us great local tips, including a fantastic suggestion for where to be during the Holi festival, as well as restaurant recommendations. Even after the tour, he stayed in touch to check if we needed anything during the following days. We absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend Doulat if you want to see Udaipur beyond the usual tourist perspective.

  We booked the Udaipur sightseeing tour with Guddu Bhaiya, you can reach him on +91 98292 68445 by tuk-tuk and I can honestly say it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip, not just because of the places we saw, but because of how we were treated. From the moment we met him, he was warm, respectful, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel like a “paid tour” at all. It felt like someone from Udaipur was proudly showing us his city like we were guests in his home. He kept checking in on us, made sure we were comfortable, and never once rushed us. The whole day was planned so nicely. We covered all the key spots, but at a leisurely pace — enough time to actually soak things in, click photos, pause when we wanted, and enjoy the experience instead of just ticking off locations. That calm, thoughtful pace made a huge difference. But the part I’ll never forget: Ambrai Restaurant. I had been trying to get a booking for days and it felt impossible — I was checking again and again, getting nowhere. I casually mentioned it to him, and he just smiled and said he’ll handle it. And he DID. Through his contacts, he got it done so smoothly like it was nothing. That dinner at Ambrai ended up being one of the highlights of our Udaipur trip, and it genuinely felt like a little miracle after trying for so long. He also helped us with shopping in a very honest way , no tourist traps, no pushy places, just genuine suggestions and good guidance. And his food recommendations were amazing If you’re visiting Udaipur and want a tour that feels safe, relaxed, personal, and heartwarming book this.

  Guddu was an absolutely amazing guide in Udaipur. He took us through truly wonderful local markets, beautiful parks, and important monuments, giving us such a genuine and immersive experience of the city. What made the tour special was how natural everything felt — he didn’t just show us places, he made us feel like we were part of the town, not just visitors passing through. His knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail made the day flow effortlessly, and we learned so much while still having fun and feeling relaxed. If you want to experience Udaipur beyond the typical tourist spots and really connect with the city, Guddu is the guide you want. Highly, highly recommended!

  This was seriously such an incredible tour, we booked for New Year’s Day which is a super busy day in Udaipur so Doulat was able to structure the day to avoid the busiest areas so we could experience the best parts of Udaipur. We saw and experienced so much that I don’t think we would have without Doulat’s love for the culture of Udaipur and the community. I’m so happy we booked this - I cannot recommend it enough. Doulat is an incredible person, sticking around late to take us back to our hotel after dinner and even letting my boyfriend borrow his jacket when it was cold.

  Daulat is very knowledgeable and passionate about Udaipur. We accidentally met him as we were taking a short ride to Lake Fatehpur from our hotel, we decided to take tuk tuk instead of Uber. It was destined for us to meet Daulat, who took us to a few more places in Udaipur and shared such intricate details about the city. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur.
