2.00Audio guide was not flexible or user friendly so we abandoned it. We could not find the starting point. We could not find descriptions of pieces we wanted to hear. In our case the price of the audio guide was wasted money. The Uffizi Gallery is spectacular however and Viator helped get us in the door. I would have preferred a different audio guide experience.

1.00It was cancelled because the gallery limited tickets due to an AC issue. Only day in the city and we missed out on one of their top attractions. We’re from the US so not like we come to Italy much. Not sure when tours can buy tickets, but if they could early then this is unforgivable. Almost no one in line to go into the museum when we walked by at our tour time.

5.00Our tour guide was so kind. She spent extra time with the younger kids on the tour. She was incredibly accommodating. Some of the other guests were running late and she was nice enough to allow them time to meet us. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
Skip the line is worth it by itself. Experienced guide provides great context to augment the experience of sublime art!

5.00We loved Valentina! She is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! We loved hearing all the background details of the artists as well. Our tour was 1.5 hours and I wish I’d booked a longer one. Their email communication was excellent. We knew exactly where to be and what time. Entered the gallery easily. No long line!

5.00Our Tour guide Angelo made all the art come to life. He had great knowledge of the art and the artists. Angelo explained the facts and added humor making us remember the painting. Highly recommend Angelo as a tour guide. We wanted more time with him because he was so interesting to listen to. It was a great idea to have individual ear pieces to hear everything well in a crowded Uffizi gallery.
