They instruct travelers to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time, yet the tour guide only shows up 5–10 minutes beforehand. The tour itself was not enjoyable—the delivery felt very monotone.

As a family, we loved the tour and found our guide (Olga) to be very well informed, interesting and entertaining. We learnt a lot and enjoyed the experience. My husband, however, struggled with the fact that the speaker/headphone system was not compatible with his hearing aids and so he was unable to hear what Olga said. This was frustrating because I know that he would have loved to learn all the information about the pictures we saw, as well as the lives of the Medicis and artists. It was sad that the tour was unable to accomodate this issue; this lack of accessibility must surely have come up before?

Uffizi Gallery has a vast collection. It can best be covered with the help of an experienced guide. Take one , that will help in covering the important paintings and sculptures.

We enjoyed our time in the Uffizi with Stefano as he highlighted major works of art. This was probably the most crowded space we visited during our time in Italy, but Stefano did a good job of navigating the spaces and sharing his knowledge and passion with us. This tour was the right amount of time for our boys (ages 10 & 14) and he also did a great job of highlighting things for us to see on our own after the tour as well as giving suggestions for other sights to see outside of the Uffizi. We loved the time to soak in the outside views of Firenze from the upper level as well!

There were so many visitors in the Uffizi that we could not hear our guide, much less get close to the art. When asked if we could see some specific favorite pieces in much less busy area, she refused. We could not get out of the museum fast enough, which was very disappointing because it is magnificent.

This tour was cancelled without text notification. We waited with 8 others. A guide with the company came by and said our guide would be there soon. Then 5 minutes after the tour was supposed to start they told us it was cancelled.

Checked all our information in the morning and showed up at the meeting spot at 2:45 for our 3:00 tour and didn’t see anyone. Checked my email to make sure I didn’t miss anything and only then did I see an email sent at 11:45 saying they cancelled. No call or text. That late of a cancel on the part of the business seems like it merits a text or call as a courtesy.

Our small group tour of the Uffizi was incredible. Stephan was so knowledgeable, professional and personable we were blown away. The Uffizi would have been a nightmare to do on our own but he hit all the highlights and gave us recommendations to extend our visit if we wanted to. He was great!
