It was very informational and went by smoothly even though it was a crowded area. We’re traveling and discovering new areas and Susan did an excellent job in this tour!

Definitely worth it to have a tour with a skip the line ticket in peak summer season. Our guide was passionate, knowledgeable and funny. Group size was under 10, which felt very manageable. We also had a head set. Tour doesn’t cover the entire museum, but I strolled the exhibits for another hour or so after tour concluded. Side note: not a reflection of the tour whatsoever, but Uffizi gift shop is not up to the level of the museum - feels like a missed opportunity! Take a note from the Van Gogh museum’s epic gift shop in Amsterdam. Got my dad a book, but was hoping for more clothing, housewares, and bag options for myself and my mom.
