What an excellent and efficient tour! Our tour guide was OLGA who was very informed and provided a tour that gave useful background on the Medici family, as well as plenty of time around the most significant artworks. Since the museum is of a substantial size, I appreciated that she moved through the rooms efficiently avoiding crowds and pointed out important details. We saw all the famous works on the second floor, but she also pointed out works on the first floor that she thought we should look for. There were so many people a tour was the way to go - easy access into the museum despite the lines, and an efficient walkthrough that did not leave me exhausted.

The visit is about an hour (stood 2,5h in the booking). Bruce rushed us through the highlights and then there are time to explore the rest on your own.

I took quite a few guided tours during the current trip to Rome and Florence. I must say that this guided tour was the absolute best! The guide was magnificent - he presented information in a very captivating, interesting manner. He took time at the end to give us some pointers what to see and where within the museum. It was a pure joy to listen to him, you just felt his passion for art, and his hometown of Florence!

Victoria was extremely warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable and passionate about the history behind the art that we viewed. I would not have been able to navigate the crowds or content of the Uffizi without the tour.
