  Our airport transfer experience in Mongolia was absolutely excellent, and we would especially like to thank our wonderful guide and driver, Bogo. From the moment we arrived at Chinggis Khaan International Airport, everything was smooth and stress-free. Bogo greeted us warmly with a big smile, helped us with our luggage, and made us feel instantly welcome in Mongolia. After a long journey, his professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the drive into Ulaanbaatar was both safe and pleasant. Bogo drove carefully and confidently, which gave us great peace of mind. Along the way, he shared interesting insights about Mongolia, its culture, and the city, turning a simple airport transfer into an enjoyable introduction to the country. What stood out most was Bogo’s friendly attitude and genuine care. He was punctual, reliable, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.   Booked the transfer from my hotel to the airport since it was too early for busses to run. Easy booking and a nice, big, comfy car, there was even some water included. Brad was really nice and seemed to be in a great mood despite the early morning - would book with him again if I come back. :)

  I booked a same-day transfer from the airport to my hotel, and Buhu (apologies if I misspelled his name) communicated early and often using WhatsApp, which immediately put me at ease. We hit heavy traffic and encountered a few accidents along the way, but he remained patient and professional throughout. He had water ready for me and my son, which was greatly appreciated after a long travel day of about eight hours with a layover. He was courteous the entire time, and even though we arrived later than expected due to traffic, we didn’t mind at all—we had great conversation along the way. Excellent service, professionalism, and hospitality. Highly recommend him.

  They welcomed us with open arms, despite our late flight being a little late! I am very grateful for keeping the car warm and carrying heavy loads to the car He introduced us about Ulaanbaatar in English happily along the way It's frustrating that we weren't very good at English. We were in touch beforehand with the whatsApp app about the meeting and destination, so we were able to communicate smoothly I would love to use it if I have another opportunity

  I recently used airport pickup and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The booking process was incredibly smooth, and their communication leading up to the journey was excellent, providing peace of mind. For the pickup, my driver Brad was right on time, courteous, and very helpful with my luggage. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, making for a relaxing ride after a long flight. Brad was very kind and with the fresh snow on the ground traffic was very slow but Brad made it a fun ride with his infinite knowledge about Mongolia and its traditions and sharing his knowledge with me was fascinating, I didn’t want my ride to end. I definitely recommend this service; if you’re coming to Ulaanbaatar or leaving book this one here you’ll be happy you did

  I had a wonderful experience with “Mongolian Explorer Tour”. I made a reservation for a transfer service from Chinggis Khan Airport to Ulan Bataar and vice-versa. Everything was 5 stars: the punctuality was sharp; the car was clean and very comfortable; Mr. Brad was so welcoming and pleasant, that I felt like I was meeting an old friend. His English is perfect and he did an excellent job both as a very safe driver and as a well informed host and guide. If I ever go back to Ulan Bataar, I will definitely use “Mongolia Explorer Tour”, not only for transfer from the airport, but also for other trips in and out the city, that are part of the company’s menu. I strongly recommend this company and Mr. Brad.
