Jacob was our driver and he did an awesome job getting us everywhere we needed to be. Besides so many amazing views in the blue Mountains the zoo was quick, but we were able to see all the animals. Great trip.

My daughter and I had the most amazing experience on our tour with our wonderful guide, Karen. I have to admit, we didn't sleep well the night before and I was finding it extremely hard to stay awake as we drove up to the Blue Mountains. My daughter was laughing as my eyes were rolling around in my head. But then we arrived!!!! And all thoughts of tiredness left me. It's no point even trying to describe such a beautiful wonder of Australia. It needs to be seen! All our stops in the Blue Mountains were gorgeous and we loved our experience at Scenic World. Following a lovely lunch we then headed back down the mountains at around 1pm. I'm actually a bit stunned by the review given by "FarAway817437". My daughter and I laughed at their comment that a third of the tour was spent in the zoo. Obviously they are not very good at maths! LOL. We were picked up just before 7am and obviously there is some distance to cover to get to different locations. The portion of the tour revolving around the mountains was easily 6 hours (including travel time). We were only at the zoo for 90 minutes and honestly we could have happily explored even more. It's so sad that this reviewer can't appreciate feeding the kangaroos and having a photo with our gorgeous koalas :-( My highlight, amongst many, was also capturing a stunning photo of a tiger. So apparently the above reviewer spent over 3+ hours at the zoo, because our tour took nearly 11 hours to complete :-O After the zoo we jumped on a ferry to travel down Parramatta River back to Circular Quay. It was a fantastic experience and I really want to come back with the whole family to explore this part of our world even further. Thank you so much to Karen for a wonderful day out and sharing all your wonderful knowledge and stories. Samantha & Alanah

Great, fun-packed day! Pick up was straight forward. Ronnie provided lots of information, as we drove around the city picking up other passengers. A drive to the Blue Mountains - starting at a view point, which provided a view of low cloud - giving the mountains a fantastic atmosphere. On to the next stop, which provided a view of the three sisters. The cloud had lifted and we were able to see across the valley. We went on to Scenic World - a cable car journey across the valley. On to another, followed by a walk through the rainforest and past the old coal mine. This visit ended with a ride on the steepest train - amazing! Then for lunch, which was in a little cafe in Leura. Really tasty food! After this, we went on to Sydney Zoo. We were able to feed kangaroos and have a photo taken with a koala. We also had some free time in the zoo. To end our amazing day, we caught a ferry to Circular Quay - a trip that took us under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We got back to our start point eleven hours after we left - buzzing from such a great day! Thanks to Ronnie for a fabulous day!

This trip was the best way to spend our last day in Australia. We got to see the beautiful views of the Blue Mountains, and saw it in full detail (as well as a nearby waterfall) during a gondola ride. The train ride was more of a roller coaster: it was breathtaking, yet thrilling. The zoo was full of unique animals. Some guests were even allowed to feed the kangaroos and take pictures with the koalas. The boat ride through the harbor was the best way to end the tour. There was a beautiful sunset background, as we toured around the waterway on the outskirts of the city. Our tour guide, Karen, is friendly and knowledgeable, ready to answer any of your questions. Highly recommend this trip.

The ALL INCLUSIVE Ultimate Blue Mountain Scenic World Guided Tour - simply put, SHOWSTOPPER! We left early this morning to be picked up at our first stop by Karen. Not your typical Karen though , this Karen, was extremely punctual, friendly, and highly knowledgable about all things related to the tour. We were fortunate enough to hear about the history of the area with the 3 Explorers, Blaxland, Lawson and Wentworth who were credited with the first successful European crossing of the Blue Mountains in Australia in 1813, and the Indigenous people and some of their sayings such as; Arabanoo - I don’t understand Bullaburra - Blue Sky Above Most indigenous sayings usually relate to the land, such as water or direction. Karen was engaging, helpful and prepared for everything, such as feed for the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo (to lure them down from the trees to the ground so we could feed them by hand), portable chargers when our phones went dead , and above all Karen had the patience of a Saint! This tour had everything! Spectacular scenic views, iconic landmarks such as The Three Sisters at Echo Point, Katoomba Cascades and Waterfall, Scenic World Cable Car descent with panoramic Eucalyptus valley views, Polar Bear of Leura Restaurant( Gourmet Lunch with attractive atmosphere, friendly waitstaff and great food) and capping it all off with our final stop at Bungarribee Widlife Experience at the Sydney Zoo. Karen’s attention to detail wasn’t forgotten as our tour ended. She walked us over to the Sydney Olympic Park ferry terminal and waited until we had all gotten on the ferry and as the ferry left the terminal she waved us off Goodbye. Class Act!
