Weight Policy: Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage MUST be advised at time of booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an addition fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price - this is non-commissonable and payable to Nautilus Aviation on day of travel.
Child Policy: Children 3 years and above are legally required to be seated in their own seat and are therefore required to pay the full ticket price. Subject to conditions, children under 3 years may travel free of charge when seated on a parents/guardians lap. For bookings of more than one infant (under 3 years), conditions apply - please contact reservations.

5.00Best ever !! What an experience, massive Manta Rays, like monstrous! Totally stoked. Pilot was all time fun and interactive. Pilot John N was cool as an office crew / ground crew so friendly and organised. We got the best weather too which was a lot of luck !

5.00The pilot was very experienced and knowledgeable. Ample time to take plenty of amazing photos as the scenery was spectacular. Seating arrangement in the helicopter meant everyone had a great view out the windows. Highly recommend this tour.

3.00We didn't have the smoothest of starts as we booked for 1 day but then had an email to say they couldn't do that date/time so had to change it. As with many people we had a full itinerary so had to change everything around and ended up missing something else we had wanted to do. The ground staff and pilot were excellent I would give them 5 out of 5. The flight itself was good but the helicopter has a middle seat which we were not made aware of so my wife had a real issue seeing as she had to lean over me constantly and couldn't see many things the pilot pointed out. Additionally I was sat across from a chap around the same height as me (6ft) and there was simply not enough room which made for a very uncomfortable flight, I would think about that if your looking to book as it did spoil the flight for me as I was uncomfortable for 45 mins.

5.00The experience was truly unforgettable! We were lucky with the weather, which made the views of the Great Barrier Reef even more spectacular. Seeing this vast and awe-inspiring natural wonder from above gave me a real appreciation of its size and beauty. Including the rainforest in the flight was a fantastic addition—we had the chance to see stunning waterfalls and lush greenery from a unique perspective. The organization was excellent; everything ran on time without any issues. With six seats in the helicopter, the person in the middle doesn’t have a window seat, limiting their view. For the same price, it felt unfair to not fully enjoy the experience. Fortunately, I wasn’t seated in the middle, but I can imagine it being disappointing for those who were. Overall, it was an incredible adventure, but the seating arrangement could be improved to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to take in the breathtaking scenery.

5.00Fantastic trip out to the Reef. Our pilot was the lovely Brooke who is extremely knowledgeable about the Reef and marine life there. We saw turtles, stingray and a shark. Highly recommend Nautilus Aviation, a very professional operation.
