Chamorro Village
Ancient Chamorro society revolved heavily around agriculture. The Chamorros created a 13-month calendar based on moon cycles to track the changing seasons. This allowed them to know precisely when to begin planting or harvesting certain crops each year. Note: The tour is over 2+ miles long per tour, with more than 25+ audio stories per tour, and takes about 1-2 hours per tour to complete. Buy once, use for one year! Ideal for extended visits and return trips over the next 12 months.
This is one of Guam's most poopular attractions for good reason. A balcony juts out over a dramatic drop to the ocean below, affording visitors breathtaking views of the coastline. This point is also deeply rooted in the history of the indigenous Chamorro people and gets its name from an ancient legend you'll hear when you visit.

Rough start, but once we got pointed in the right direction it was fine. Sometimes the cues repeated. All in all good value. Very comprehensive

This app is well worth it. We spent two days driving around Guam seeing and exploring all the sites. Let me give some helpful tips/suggestions. Some of the things to see are not signed well – that’s a Guam problem, not an issue with the app. It’s nice that some things are pointed out well ahead of time so you can decide to stop or not. The Piti guns are definitely worth seeing, but the description to find the trailhead needs to be improved. A picture (showing the building it’s next to) would be great. It’s next to the building NEXT to the church – not next to the church. The National Park’s description is much better. Getting their map (from the T stell Newman Visitor Center, Guam). The other units of the National Park (War in the Pacific) are worth seeing too. Missing was the 5” dia gun and the 25mm anti-aircraft dual barrel guns at Ga’an Point. There was also a good pillbox (easy to see) there. Those should be added as it’s easy to see and a good contrast to the Piti guns.

The tour was good; I expected perhaps a little more for the scenic hot spots, but the history of the island was good to listen to.

Way too much historical detail for our tastes. Literally had to shut it off after 15 minutes. It also was a little dangerous driving and paying attention to it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our road trip! We ended up taking about 7 hours to complete the drive around the Island. We decided we wanted to take our time and see as much as we could so we could enjoy all of the stops. Well worth it!

The tour was definitely worth the price. Nice. Enjoyable. Informative. There were several places that repeated. There were a couple of places that cut out one entry to start another (and enough blank space that this shouldn’t be a problem). We missed the FishEye Observatory (It was closing as we arrived) which we could have caught if we had started in the opposite direction. Would have been helpful to see a large map overview. Restaurant and/or bar suggestions would have been welcome. A little bit more history and culture could have filled in some of the longer empty stretches. A heads up that you might want to stop at one of the beaches and be appropriately dressed and unscreened would have been helpful.

It was informative and easy to use. It took us around the whole island in 5 hrs. We found driving in Guam being no brainer, and having guidance was quite fun

This tour was a good way to see the island. Learned lots of interesting facts along the way. It took about 6 hours because I made a lot of stops. The one annoying thing was that when the narration came on, the driving screen was covered up, so I missed some of the turns and had to back track. There's no reason for the screen to be covered, so that really should be fixed. Also, I wish the car location dot was bigger This app sucks a lot of battery, so make sure you take a charger. I also suggest taking a phone holder that attaches to an air vent to stop it from overheating.

Expected (and assured by Viator booking agent) a car was to be included with the tour. Taxi driver had extreme difficulty finding the address - used the map on Viator tour description page to find starting point. A very small (and poorly marked) park was seen; apparently the "starting point" for the tour. Expected to see a business, but nothing there. Called Viator help number, put on hold for about 15 min while they tried to contact tour operator, then told that they would continue trying to reach them and to call back in 30 min. It became obvious that the tour required your own vehicle. As we were visiting from a cruise ship with limited time on-shore, we abandoned all hope and headed to a shopping mall that we intended to visit during the tour. This is the second time that a cruise ship excursion booked through Viator fell through. Very unlikely that we will use Viator again.,

Was a little confusing at first but once you get to your starting location the tour automatically starts. If you're driving solo tho it makes it a little hard to pay attention while your driving. Most locations are discoverable with some research and simple planning. The audio guide about the history of Guam was a nice touch though, but still it's something anyone can find on their own, just paying for the convenience. All additional charges like entry into some locations are also out of pocket. Overall it was a good first experience and I might try this type of solo guide for another location. I'd still recommend it to those of you that want an all in one narrated self driving tour.
