5.00We had a great time! Definitely a "gotta do it once in your life" adventure. The boat holds about 700 people. Our guide, Katie, helped us to make our way through the general queue and organized us so that we were able to get prime viewing spots. She also took pictures of us in a super friendly way.

5.00Can’t speak highly enough of Sean our guide… we are visiting friends in Canada, we are from the UK and our friends in Canada arranged this trip… one word.. Amazing… Sean made the trip, very informative, very approachable but most importantly a fantastic sense of humour, which was sorely needed when I gave Sean a tip from both couples, and my husband, not realising this tipped Sean again from both couples … Sean was very understanding when our friends explained to him … so embarrassing… so sorry Sean, but thank you so much

5.00Bernie was amazing and made this whole tour experience unforgettable. From the get go her energy was infectious and so friendly and warm. She was engaging and very knowledgeable and before we knew it time had flown and our time had come to an end but not before the main event on the boat which was absolutely exhilarating. Who cares that you get wet. It’s intense loud and had to be experienced. Definitely highly recommend.
