Whether visitor or long time local, this hunt is an amazing and entertaining way to learn about the city. Created as a 'best of' activity, by the time you finish, you will know a lot about Astoria!
Our hunts are self paced. Participants can make it a friendly competition among themselves or take a relaxed approach. This is your activity, and you can do whichever you like!

What To Expect
Participants will receive an email with 20 carefully curated clues to locations all around town. With the clues you will attempt to find some of the most exciting and unique destinations in Astoria! Most clues can be searched online, but to figure out the tougher ones, you may have to ask locals :) By visiting landmarks, businesses, and other interesting locations, you will learn all about Astoria! Take selfies and email photos with your group at any time to earn a completion certificate and possible other prizes!

5.00I really enjoyed the scavenger hunt. It was a great opportunity for my son and I to bond and connect as we explored this beautiful coastal town. The Goonies was one of my favorite movies growing up and is now one of his favorite so it was great to relive the memories from the movie I learned more about what the town is really about. We took our time and spent an entire day enjoying every minute.

4.00Lots of fun. Found out things about Astoria that we wouldn’t have otherwise. Joshua was responsive to questions. Would have liked to start earlier in the day. There wasn’t time to get side tracked and see things off the trail. As it was we answered some of the clues while eating lunch in order to plan our route. I definitely would do it again and hope to see other locations that I frequent added.

5.00This scavenger hunt is so fun. I loved that it is on your own time. You do your own start and end time, and you can do as many or few as you want. Tue flexibility is fantastic. The information and history you learn about the area is great. I would highly recommend this. It is fun, affordable and rewarding.

5.00While one of us was at work, the rest of us needed something to do. This scavenger hunt was perfect. We explored the city, learned about the area, and got to exercise our minds and bodies. The weather was not exactly beautiful but we made it work and loved meeting people along the way.
