Begin your journey at the oldest bar in Seville’s Jewish Quarter. Here, you’ll savor traditional Spanish-style potato salad and melt-in-your-mouth Iberian ham, paired with a sweet red vermouth. This historic bar, open since 1870, offers a true taste of Seville’s culinary heritage.
Step into this tiny tavern hidden just around the corner from the Cathedral that most tourists overlook. As you sample rich manchego cheese and slow-roasted pork belly, you’ll enjoy a drink that this family-run bar made famous in Seville: orange wine.

Our tour guide Remy was so delightful, so charming, so funny! We learned a tremendous amount about the history of Sevilla as well as the history of the food we ate. The food was delicious too! On a side note, if you see anyone walking around with ladybug wings, take them! They were stolen from Remy. The audacity!

Elena was an excellent guide on the Devour Tapas, Taverns and History Food Tour. Her knowledge of Seville’s history, culture and food was outstanding, and she shared it in such an engaging way that she kept our attention throughout the entire tour. She has a wonderful way of bringing the stories behind each place to life, making the experience so much more than just a food tour. The tapas stops were fantastic, and Elena’s passion and enthusiasm made the whole experience memorable. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Elena as your guide.

The tour was an incredible event. Our tour guide Anna really tied the whole thing together. She led us through the history of tapas, the significance of foods and drinks, introduced us to special bars around Seville and made us laugh and learn through the experience. I cannot recommend this enough. Ask for Anna. She was a delight.
