Begin your journey at the oldest bar in Seville’s Jewish Quarter. Here, you’ll savor traditional Spanish-style potato salad and melt-in-your-mouth Iberian ham, paired with a sweet red vermouth. This historic bar, open since 1870, offers a true taste of Seville’s culinary heritage.

Alejandro was absolutely brilliant! Completely made this tour with his knowledge, enthusiasm and sense of fun. The food and location choices were all excellent, including places you'd barely see, let alone visit. Always a pity these things have to end.. Fully recommended!

My tour guide on this tour was Maria R. Maria is very knowledgeable about the city , it's culture, history, what sets Seville apart from the rest of Spain and the local flavors. She brought the city to life with her personal experiences. It felt like touring a new city with a friend. She took very good care of me and I did not know how the time flew. I would highly recommend Maria.

The tour has exceeded my expectations! 3,5 hrs immersive tour throughout the historic neighborhood of Seville, we have discovered the real soul of this city as far as Andalucía region. Anna has been super professional and fun, we have learnt lots of history about the city, she has led us accross some of the very authentic bars and tapas spots. Zero touristic places. I strongly recommend this tour to all who are visiting Seville.

Elena was a fantastic guide who is super knowledgeable and up to chat about anything while enjoying amazing food. Apart from learning how to spot the good places to go to for drinks and food, I also learnt some new things about Spanish history and the role food plays in it.
