Begin your journey at the oldest bar in Seville’s Jewish Quarter. Here, you’ll savor traditional Spanish-style potato salad and melt-in-your-mouth Iberian ham, paired with a sweet red vermouth. This historic bar, open since 1870, offers a true taste of Seville’s culinary heritage.

We had an amazing time on our tour and could not recommend it another. Our guide, Manuel, was the best with genuine passion of the city. We tried a variety of foods and drinks that we never would have discovered on our own. Beyond the food, it was a great opportunity to meet new people and enjoy a fun, shared experience. Definitely a highly of our trip to Seville!

This was a small group which made the experience better imo. The knowledge of Alex our guide was 2nd to none & you could tell that he's passionate about his heritage without going overboard. This was my first Tapas tour but most definitely not my last.

Great introduction to Seville and a lot of fun! Our guide Mario had a lot of interesting stories and was also happy to answer all of our questions about Seville, food, wine etc. He also gave us some extremely helpful tips about Seville and the rest of our trip. There was a good variety of food and drinks and the whole experience felt like great value. We would definitely do another Devour tour!

The food and history was great, our guide Mario was even better. He gave us local history of the bars, the tapas, our food and drinks. He described local customs, attractions and neighborhoods. The bars and restaurant he took us to were charming and delicious. Topped off with fantastic gelato!

I have done your 2 times 2 different year. Both times were excellent. Ate different places and tried different foods. Learned a lot both times. Had Anna as a guide this time and she was fantastic! She shared so much information about Féria and the history of it. I really enjoyed her explanation and demonstration of the traditional Spanish fan and how to communicate with it. What a fun night. Thank you.

I’ve been to Seville several times, but this tour completely changed the way I see the city. Every dish and glass of wine was connected to the history of Seville and Andalusia, it all had a context, a soul. Manuel was an fantastic guide: warm, funny, and brilliant at explaining the story behind everything we tasted. You could tell he truly loves his city. The food was outstanding, honestly the best I’ve eaten in Seville across all my visits. An absolute must if you love food, wine, and want to understand the place you’re in.
