Begin your journey at the oldest bar in Seville’s Jewish Quarter. Here, you’ll savor traditional Spanish-style potato salad and melt-in-your-mouth Iberian ham, paired with a sweet red vermouth. This historic bar, open since 1870, offers a true taste of Seville’s culinary heritage.
Step into this tiny tavern hidden just around the corner from the Cathedral that most tourists overlook. As you sample rich manchego cheese and slow-roasted pork belly, you’ll enjoy a drink that this family-run bar made famous in Seville: orange wine.

What a great way to experience new foods and drinks! Even better is when you have a wonderful tour guide like we did. Remy was a 10! We give him all the stars. Not only did we enjoy the scenery, food, and drinks, it was much appreciated the history of Seville that Remy shared. Our only regret is that we didn’t get a photo with Remy! We were to busy eating and chatting!

Brilliant tour with our guide Mercedes. We had a full group of 10 which was perfect and made for a fun evening. We ate various tapas in 4 bars as well as different drinks to go with the food. We learnt the history as well as life in Seville nowadays. Mercedes was an awesome guide who really looked after us and was very knowledgeable. We had one vegetarian who was perfectly catered for. Highly recommended
