Our inflatable rafting vessels are modeled after Coast Guard rescue rafts and are safe, extremely agile providing the best platform to experience whales and have a fun ride. Our vessel allows you to be close to the ocean surface. Giving you the feeling of being with the whales in there natural environment. From this vantage point photography captures a unique perspective of looking up at the animals when they breach the surface. Our Captains are trained to find the most surface active, diverse behaviors and best photo scenarios.
All trips from December – April are guaranteed to see whales or you go again for FREE!
We are locally owned and operated since 1982 and every ticket supports our participation in marine research projects and our role as certified first responders to whale entanglements.

Our small group Whale Watching tour is our most popular whale watching tour on Maui. Our fast and safe rafting vessels are low to the water and perfect for close encounters and small groups making every seat a front row seat! Listen to whale songs on our hydrophone and don’t forget your camera for epic photos of our humpback whale friends! There are two options 1.5 hour and 2 gour, please select the tour you are wanting.

Because we are eco-friendly, purified water is available in an igloo style dispenser, not plastic water bottles.

5.00The boat guides were fun and professional. They knew a lot about whales and whale migration and gave us a lot of interesting information about them. And we totally scored on seeing multiple whales! (Which I know is somewhat based on luck) . I would definitely recommend this tour!

5.00Good experience. The crew was very knowledgeable about whale migration and mating. It was interesting to learn and they answered all the questions. We didn’t see a lot of whales but they did a good job trying to find them

5.00We had an amazing experience during our time with your awesome crew . The food was great, the music was fun, and the snorkeling was so fun. A special shoutout to Charlie for being so helpful and amazingly positive with my very anxious daughter when it came to snorkeling. She showed so much patience and we really appreciated her. I we have done a few of these cruises , but this was definitely the the best time we have had. We have already recommended they to our friends going to Maui soon.

5.00This tour was incredible! Lacey and Lexi were great and so knowledgeable! We went later in the season so we were hopeful to get at least few sightings but we were fortunate that Lacey found a group of males and blew all of our expectations away. Lexi gave us lots of insights to their behavior and you could tell the whole staff has such a passion for what they do. I definitely recommend booking this tour!

5.00It was a great tour. Amy and Sam were fantastic guides. They were knowledgeable about whales and dolphins which we were able to see both. Both guides were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company tour to all that want to wale watch.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to get up close to the whales.

5.00Captain got us out to the whales fast. Right away we saw a momma and her baby. Shortly after we saw many males fighting over a female. The whales came close by and even under our raft. It was an awesome sight. Our captain also told us a lot about the whales in Maui. Very fun trip. Would recommend and do again.
