  Our tour guide, "V" was great. She was entertaining and knowledgeable. We were lucky to have her. The underground river was amazing and that alone was worth the trip. We also did the mangrove tour and that was quite interesting and we enjoyed it. The lunch was a very good buffet. All in all, it was a great trip except the weather was rainy and windy for most of the day... No fault of the tour operator.

  I liked this tour a lot. The underground river and the boat ride were really nice. The only part I did not like was the 1 hour we all had to wait for the people that decided to do zip line. I feel like they should offer something to the people who are not ziplining. Time is money and being stuck waiting for others in a tour sucks.

• 8+ hour day for a 30 minute experience - pass

  Had I been advised that the actual underground river tour itself would last only 30 minutes out of a long day, I would not have booked this. The van from Puerto Princessa City to Sabang Wharf took approximately 1 hr and 45 minutes (and we were nearly the last two be picked up - so this was longer for others). We waited 2 hours at the wharf. Some of this, per our guide, was due to her waiting for others who opted to add the mangrove tour or Zipline. Then she decided not to have us wait any longer and sent us on (but now without a guide). We took the boat to the head of the underground river and waited another hour for the actual tour (30 minute tour) to begin. Then a buffet lunch and back. Again, we were nearly the last to be picked up and the first two be dropped off at our hotel and we were gone for over 8 hours for an experience that lasted 30 minutes.

  It would be hard to screw up something as incredible as the underground river so I recommend this trip! The guides were very communicative about expectations for wait times, the drive over was comfortable and they were very on top of picking me up at the airport and making sure everyone got to where they needed to go after the trip. The reason this isn't a five star review is because the wording was a little misleading regarding the "forest walk" in the national park. We were told that we would get to go on a hike and what we did was not a hike at all (200M walk from the landing to the boats to get into the cave) and many of us were disappointed. However, everything else was great and I had a wonderful time. The care that's taken to preserve the cave is admirable and everything was efficient.

  Really great experience for our family! We were picked up right from our hotel and the lunch provided was good. We were able to also go down a zipline over the ocean for an additional fee which was really fun. Very nice tour guide.
