  Paul is an incredibly nice and friendly guide who knows the area well and can tell a lot about nature, country and people. He led us to beautiful, secluded viewpoints along the two canyons.   There were four of us on this individual and beautiful tour to the Blue Mountains. With Paul we had a prudent driver and local guide who took us to the most beautiful places. After a delicious breakfast at our first viewpoint we went into the breathtaking nature. We visited different places we would never have found on our own. An absolute highlight was also the final picnic on a small plateau with sensational views. Absolutely recommended for this tour in the smallest group away from the crowds!

  Paul picked us up and we drove to the Blue Mountains but the rain and fog troubled us. Paul was like a hunter for every spot of light he could find. But we had to settle for a brunch in the valley. That turned out to be such an amazing event. Although in the rain, we had a lovely brunch with Kangaroos and wallabies close by!!!!!! Paul did not give up his chase to find a spot for us to see the Blue Mountains. His persistance paid off. We had a great view of the Blue Mountains and the 3 sisters. At the end we had wine and cheese at the back of the car with a great view on the sisters. Paul has a lot of knowledge of the area, flora, fauna, ecology but also various other subjects is very big. Paul is a very good guide and a pleasure to be with. We certainly recommend Paul to guide you! Thank you Paul for this lovely trip!

  We did a private twilight tour with Paul. Everything was perfect. Comfortable car, plenty of stops off the beaten tracks with lovely views and picnics. Lunch in an adorable town and then off to the Grand Canyon hike which was pure magic. A lot of stairs involved so be prepared. Then the sunset in a field with 20 some kangaroos and another fabulous view of the blue mountains. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable about the environment plants and animals. Highly recommend this truly unique adventure.

  This was a fantastic tour! Paul was a wonderful guide with lots of knowledge about the local flora and fauna. He took us to some amazing places that most tourists don’t get to see. Along the way, he provided wonderful morning tea, and afternoon tea with plenty of delicious snacks. We were lucky enough to see a number of beautiful bird species. And the hike out to Lookout point was very special as well! I absolutely cannot recommend this tour highly enough! If you want to see the blue Mountains without the crowds, Paul is your guide.

  Paul picked us up at the hotel this morning. As it was clear that the weather would not be so intoxicating, he left us to decide whether to start or not. It was clear to us that we were taking off. Paul was very happy about that. After we had picked up couple from Germany we started. Paul has been looking for places where we could have the best view and not just see clouds. And he actually made it, even if it took some detours. We particularly liked the Blue Mountains, especially with the cloud veils. It was an uplifting moment when the fog clears and you can see the Three Sisters, only to see them disappear into the fog a few moments later. It's wonderful. To top it off, we had a little picnic on a remote meadow. We were able to observe kangaroos and wallabies. Paul is a wonderful entertainer and he also goes to great lengths to speak intelligibly, even if you are not so proficient in the English language. For us it was a wonderful end to our trip to Australia. We can highly recommend the tour and especially Paul.

  If you are looking for a personalized experience in a fantastic area, that is not far from Sydney at all, then Paul Hartmann is the way to go. A very personable guide who knows everything you want to know. An absolute recommendation.

  We booked a tour with Paul and Jenny due to the excellent reviews we read. I can honestly say that if I could leave more than five stars I would have. The tour was Originally booked for a Monday and due to a conflict it was not possible. Jenny and Paul created a whole new unscheduled tour for us on Tuesday. They went above and beyond making it the best tour we have ever experienced. Not only did we have an awesome time ; we gained new friends in Paul & Jenny. They are passionate about their tours and truly great people . The tour was so much more than we anticipated. Thank you Paul & Jenny!!!

  Happily we can say that the pick-up appointement was clear and punctual. Although the wetherconditions were a bit unstable, our guide Paul managed to show us during the day several spectacular points and clear endless views in the Blue Mountains. We never would be able to see the Mountains in this way, without the knowledge and hospitality of Paul. We appreciated this FW drive tour very much, because it was far from the crowd and in line with our personal wishes.
