1.00Universal Orlando managed to ruin a birthday trip for my three kids. My terminally ill father gifted us tickets, and despite him being bedridden with brain swelling from cancer, Universal insisted he be on the phone for hours to make a simple ticket adjustment. Their system then glitched and moved our tickets to next month without permission. This error cost us our Early Park Admission, turning a short wait into 3 hours of standing in line. We paid for on-site hotels and expensive Park-to-Park "extras" (like the Harry Potter train) only to be met with technical failures and zero empathy for our family’s situation (including a wife with a back injury and a dying grandparent). They are happy to take money from the sick and deliver zero service in return. Save your money and go elsewhere.

5.00Words do not adequately expess the fun and excitement at Universal Studios Orlando! We focused on the Harry Potter Experience, laid out in two of the areas connected by the Hogwart's Express. Lots to see and hear. We expecially enjoyed the live presentation of Horror Film Make Up.
Universal lack of accommodation of those with special needs.

1.00Our son has disabilities, although not physical. Basically waiting hours in a crowded line would result in meltdown. The only accessibility Universal offers is that one parent stands in line while the other parent waits with our son until the line parent calls as they approach the ride platform. With the help of ride staff, the other two can work their way to the front. Basically, we would remain separated the entire day. I understand Universal is very accommodating of those with physical disabilities, but only physical disabilities. We will never go back.

4.00This was our second Trip to Universal ever. My kids were 13&14 when we went the first time. They are 22 and 21 now. This is still my favorite theme park ever and they added Epic Universe now there are three of them! We had a blast! The lines at Ministry of magic were way to long for what it was, but we had to see it and they really never got less than 2 hours. WE went off- Season for that reason- Mid January. The Velociraptor roller coastal was outrageously awesome!!! Universal Studios does a great job of entertaining adults and young ones alike- WAY WAY better for Adults than Disney! I am kind of surprised at how expensive they are now.
Express Pass seems to make other guests invisible that?

1.00Experience with the actual ride experience, and with the restaurants was excellent. The review is terrible because of the way they handle the express pass guests, and treat the other guests as if they’re invisible. Those of us who do not choose to pay the extra $190 a person per day for the express pass have still paid a very substantial amount of money to get in the park. An admission to the park after paying the entrance fee should guarantee a good park experience. Very disappointing in seeing hoards of people shuffled through again and again and again, not in every-other type of sorting groups, but just ushered through in front of the crowd of people who had been waiting well over an hour. The people in the express line almost had to run to keep up with the team member waving them forward. The worst I’ve seen was in Harry Potter and the forbidden Journey. Everyone in line felt it and comments were made. There needs to be a change in how they handle the express pass, or they will start losing guests. This was our third trip, but feeling I’m not going back, even though I love the park itself.

5.00Easy to use the viator at Universal Studios Guest Services. Although we don’t ride roller coaster, there are things to do at universal Studios and islands of adventure. Might not be the same at Epic since only 6 attractions and entertainment we can do. It’s recommended to download the Universal Studios app

1.00Universal is selling many “express pass” the queue gets huge, without control! Ruining the entire park experience! As cool as the attractions are, it's not worth waiting for another 2 or 3 hours in queues, with attractions breaking and people passing in front of you with no control. Express pass visitors need to schedule their attractions, such as Disney, for example! The universal experience is awful! Lack of respect for customers!!

5.00We had a good time at this park. The lines were short for all non thrill attractions. We didn’t wait longer than 15 minutes. The Bourne Show and the Animal show were very good. I liked the Makeup show when I saw it on a previous visit. Food was mediocre at the park. Also they need paper maps again. The Universal app is just okay and we ran out of battery power so we couldn’t figure out where things were. Signage is also poor to show where parking is. We were tired at the end of the night and couldn’t figure out where the parking lot was and how to get there. I liked the Minnion ride with the hand held blaster guns.

5.00Went on new years eve via shuttle from stella nova to see holiday decors & expected crowds however we took it a step at a time on a sunny cool day starting off with Bourne Stuntacular show around 11 am learned a lot on this one about film-making/stunts and this was new to me after years of visiting USF, then had lunch at Mel’s drive-in yummy strawberry shake & onion rings as well as their chicken cobb salad, we had our epic tumbler activated to get drink refills all day. Next was walk around to men in black then sat across lake got the Lard Lad pink donut which was so soft just like the voodoo donut at citywalk, then walk more to the knight bus & harry potter diagon alley watch the 3 brothers show with some popcorn,do some wand interactives before going to kings cross & take hogwarts express to the next park IoA for newyears eve celebration.
