Step back in time to the 1940s, when Nazi Germany occupied Oslo. On this walking tour, we’ll stroll along the city’s main streets—but with a different perspective. The war left many marks on Oslo, though they are not always easy to spot. Along the way, we’ll also visit several locations featured in the film Number 24. Haven’t seen it yet? I recommend watching it before the tour for an even deeper experience.

Our tour guide was beyond flexible and we ultimately had to cancel because we were just too tired after a day of travel. He offered to move the time multiple times and then to meet us with his tour material on the war. Amazing customer service for a cancellation after the deadline that was 100% our fault.

Our guide took us to various places around the city and showed us historical photographs from that same location. Rami did such a great job of weaving together the story of the war, how Norway fit into the story, the occupation by the Nazis, and the Norweigian resistance movement all while we walked around the city. Fascinating! Amazing to learn Norway's contribution in helping to defeat the Nazi's.

Fun and fact filled tour of Second World War Oslo. Rami has great knowledge and some brilliant photos to bring the Norwegian resistance story to life.
