Step back in time to the 1940s, when Nazi Germany occupied Oslo. On this walking tour, we’ll stroll along the city’s main streets—but with a different perspective. The war left many marks on Oslo, though they are not always easy to spot. Along the way, we’ll also visit several locations featured in the film Number 24. Haven’t seen it yet? I recommend watching it before the tour for an even deeper experience.

We loved this tour! Rami has put together a really full 2.5-3 hour tour that includes lots of period photos and some of the most common tourist sites. He has made himself into an expert in the resistance, with unique insights and perspectives. He is a charming and colorful guide! We started off a bit slow due to my mistake. I would definitely reach out directly to Rami after I made the reservation to confirm the starting time and place. He was very responsive and accommodating and after starting late, he was very generous with his time. We enjoyed talking about recent films looking at this period and really heroic Norwegian resistance. We came away with new questions and increased curiosity about the time period. Highly recommendation this tour!

Fabulous tour - Rami was knowledge and engaging. He has gathered remarkable photos and stories from WWII in Oslo and also shared a few local recommendations of coffee shops & restaurants as we walked. Would definitely recommend!

Great tour for history buffs. Rami is very knowledgeable and brings the war to life in Oslo. Fantastic period photos place the occupation where you are standing. Many buildings and sites still exist. Very impressive.

My family and I enjoyed the tour a lot. Rami was very knowledgeable about the period but also Norwegian culture and it was great to get a sense of the city at the beginning of our trip. Would highly recommend. My parents had a little trouble understanding everything he was saying while we were walking but he was great about clarifying or answering questions as we went. Take an umbrella just in case there's rain the forecast!

We were not sure what to expect but LOVED this tour. It was a walking tour that highlighted many events and people in Oslo, Norway during WW II. Rami illustrated many of his points with the building bys and locations, with an added bonus of old photographs he has found from personal German albums that are significant to that period. Rami had an incredible knowledge of Oslo during the war. He even gave us great detail about the Jewish community during the war and I would have loved to do that tour too. I would highly recommend this tour for the history and also explanation of the highlights today in Oslo.

Our tour guide was beyond flexible and we ultimately had to cancel because we were just too tired after a day of travel. He offered to move the time multiple times and then to meet us with his tour material on the war. Amazing customer service for a cancellation after the deadline that was 100% our fault.
