We can drink alcohol from 20 years by the law in Japan, so minors are not allowed to participate in the tour.
Many local izakayas in Japan still allow smoking, and we will be visiting them. If you dislike that, we do not recommend you to participate.
*Please only understand our problems for the future schedules → Our places(taverns) we visit are really popular even only for locals everyday so it’s hard to get available seats in usual. Therefore we have to close the tour immediately when the restaurant became fully booked even regardless of the availability of the calendar on Airbnb. (Also many of the tour participants prefer to book just before the event, so as the tour approaches, we are very likely to sell out) So we recommend every guests to book early if it’s possible.
*We can offer babysitting services during you're joining the tour for extra fee for guests traveling with children, so please feel free to contact us by messsage. Our team member include licensed babysitters who have worked abroad and group home for children. Our babysitting service is not only to take care of the children, but also to allow the children to enjoy traditional Japanese culture while parents enjoy the tour for their precious free time!

5.00Honestly, if you're in Tokyo, you have to book a night out with Suemi! She took us to the coolest local spots in Shibuya that we never would have found on our own. It felt like grabbing drinks with a local friend who knows everything about the best food and vibes. Suemi is so kind, knowledgeable, and just a delight to be around. Such an authentic, fun night—don't miss out!

She took us to a mix of fantastic bars and izakayas that felt truly local—some low-key and cozy spots that have been around for years, and others more lively with great food and fun activities like darts or karaoke. Throughout the tour, she was a wonderful conversationalist, sharing insights into modern Japanese culture and offering great recommendations for exploring Japan. We’ve loved her tours so much that we make it a habit to join one every time we visit. I highly recommend her Shinjuku bar crawl as well!

5.00We had an incredible night on this Shibuya bar tour, easily one of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo. Suemi was absolutely amazing. She took us to a really cool, historic izakaya that we never would have found on our own, along with several other great hidden bars that each had their own unique vibe. The all you can drink setup made everything super relaxed and fun, and the karaoke at the end was such a great way to wrap up the night. Suemi is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made the whole experience feel authentic and personal. If you want to experience Shibuya beyond the usual spots and have someone who really knows the area, this tour with Suemi is 100 percent worth it.

5.00I had the best night ever! Felt like I was one of the locals. Our guide Dan made it all happen. If there were a 10-point review, I'd give it a 10. Shibuya is where it's at if you want vibrant nightlife. If you literally want to become part of it, you should book this tour!

5.00We did the tour with suemi and it was such a blast! She knew really local spaces and gave lots of cool information about japanese culture, lifestyle and izakaya etiquette. We were a very small group but that did not diminish the energy at all. Suemi was really friendly and had amazing energy and we became friends super fast so that we did not end the night for a looong time after the official tour was over. 10/10 would (will) book again (or some other tour of her)

5.00Suemi was an absolutely amazing host! The night out in Shibuya included all-you-can-drink, izakaya, and karaoke, and she made sure everything was seamless and fun. She guided us through the last three hours and even stayed longer with myself and the rest of the group so we could enjoy a truly local karaoke experience. As a solo traveler, it was the perfect way to meet new friends and experience Shibuya nightlife in an authentic way. Suemi went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and had a fantastic time.

5.00I had so much fun on this tour, my guide Nana was fantastic. We went to local izakayas that I never would have found on my own, had fantastic food and drank plenty of Sake! I couldn't recommend this enough if your visiting Tokyo
