5.00I had a great experience. I visited a long time ago on a group tour from a different company, but I had a negative memory of it. This place is different. They gave us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves and allowed us to take the tour in a private space. They also guided us several times on how to ride more enjoyably. My perception of sandboarding has changed, and I am willing to do it again. I was grateful for the friendly service, the guide, and the fact that they provided free water. Perfect!

5.00Fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and easy going. Magic views on the drive to the dunes in the bus. Loved how independent the company lets you be once you are briefed and shown what to do. Highly recommend 🤙

5.00Loved our tour with Port Stephen’s 4WD tour,the team was super helpful,friendly and accommodating!We were late for our original tour due to bad traffic and they just put us on the next tour,no problems at all!Highly recommend,5 stars out of 5!!!

2.00Booked 330pm session and was told on phone call AND in person on arrival that we were on dunes until 430pm. paid full price and we only were given 30mins on dunes. We were back on bus after they packed up at 408pm. Disgusting. All the men working were rushed and cranky. Choose 4WD tours are us (the green trucks at same area) - we went back today and their customer service was ace and it was unlimited and cheaper. All staff polite, pleasant and fun. Do not book the red truck company! Appalling.

5.00All staffs were friendly making the experience very enjoyable for our large group of families. All the kids enjoyed the sandboarding so much. Will definitely go again if in the area in the future!
