My son and I had SO MUCH FUN on this rafting trip. We stopped at a natural hot spring and went cliff jumping (optional of course!). Our guide Johnny was awesome. We would absolutely book with this company again!

Downstream Adventures has a couple engaging, professional, entertaining guides. We went on a pretty calm float trip with a few rapids. We did stop near a cliff where we were invited to climb and then jump into the river. Watching was fun.

Earlier this month my family went on the 1/2 day Upper Colorado rafting trip. We had a large group, 11 people, ranging in age from 5 to 77. Everyone had a blast! Our guide Ody was phenomenal, helping make sure we all had a good time and made it safely down the river. Because we had some kids in our group they were able to fit us all in one boat, although we didn't all have paddles. The scenery was top notch, and it was just the right level of excitement. For those ready for a little more thrill, there is an optional cliff jump! Everyone was ready to go back another time and try the full day trip. If you're looking for a rafting experience, I'd highly encourage you to book with this family run business, and ask for Ody! (Another highlight from our trip, on the drive back to the shop, the driver spotted a black bear close to the road in the trees. We pulled over for a few minutes and everyone had a chance to spot the bear and watch it run through a meadow.)

Fun trip down river. Pretty calm water most of the way except for a couple small rapids. Would recommend if in area.

Our group did the afternoon Upper Colorado, which combines chill floating through gorgeous scenery and a handful of low-level Class III rapids. Dez was friendly and efficient checking us in, and our guide Ody was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, history, and surroundings of the river. We stopped at a cliff jumping spot and many people had a blast jumping off! Highly recommend for a relaxing but fun raft trip.

We had so much fun on this whitewater rafting adventure! Dez was our guide and she made the experience really fun and also informative. She was so helpful when we decided to jump off the small cliff. (We are seniors) A truly great time!

Fantastic rafting trip with Downstream Adventures in Kremmling, CO, close to Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne. Our guide, Dez, was superb! She not only navigated the raft perfectly, she was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the section of the Colorado river that we were on. She was constantly telling us about the river and the mountains we were rafting through, including the Lower Gore Canyon, which was indescribable in its beauty. Dez even pointed out 2 bald eagles sitting in a tall pine tree for us. This rafting trip was an easy float. Anyone from about 10-70 can do it. This part of the Colorado had just enough Class 2 and 3 rapids to make it tremendously fun, otherwise the trip had an easy float down relatively smooth water which was just fine - it allowed us to soak in the beauty of the place. Downstream Adventure’s office/store is understated and in the small town of Kremmling. It’s a family run business. Don’t be misled by its demure appearance, it’s a first class operation that provides fun and memorable rafting trips.
